帶孩子來北京旅遊，酒店像是在一個園區裏面，環境很舒服，很安靜！房間設施齊全，打掃的很乾凈，床很舒服，很大！一進門就問好倒茶，還有免費咖啡，服務態度還是值得肯定的！電梯旁有洗衣房，有免費洗衣液，我家小朋友特別喜歡他們的機器人，可以送水到房間，開心的不得了！酒店的自助餐還可以，炸醬麪的味道不錯哦！還有出園區對面就有公交站，很方便，性價比已經很好了！

I liked the style and character of the room. It had an old chinese feel. The room was clean, but common areas were somewhat dirty / cluttered. The staff was helpful when I needed a specific plug for my computer. They were also helpful in dealing with a local courier. The room set up was good for a family. Unfortunately one of my family members got a small amount of blood on the bed linens. I was asked to pay to remove the blood. I find this to be an unusual request. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never been asked this. I found it degrading to be asked for money to wash sheets and be sent pictures. Not good service.

This hotel is in a great location close to the Drum and Bell Towers. Excellent for exploring the Hutons.Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Metro stations within easy walking distance to explore more of Beijing. Surprisingly quiet too considering its location on the tourist trail.

The hotel is in a good location, close to shopping centers and supermarkets, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating nearby. More importantly, it is close to the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. The room is very clean and well-equipped. As for the price, you can experience it yourself!

The room is excellent - it's clean and comfortable. Li Yiran at the front desk was particularly polite and very helpful! Thank you. The other two guy staff members who assisted us on the first day were also good. While the hotel does not have an elevator, they were considerate enough to assign us a room on a lower floor to accommodate our family. One suggestion for improvement in general would be to enhance English language skills among the staff to facilitate better communication for foreign guests. Overall, it was great value for money. Great value for money. Staff are always very attentive and ready to help if you don't speak chinese. It's clean, and they have regular cleanings every day. The washing and drying machines are free, so you don't need to worry. There is not a lot of socializing in the lobby, but that is just normal in most chinese hostels. Very good place, not too close to everything to avoid recurrent crowds, and not too far to avoid commuting for long.

There was a black bug crawling on the bed, I didn't recognize it. The bed sheet was itchy when it touched the skin, I don't know if it was a hygiene problem or chemical residue from the detergent. There were long hairs on the pillow, the hygiene was not good, but everything else was fine. The location was OK, quite convenient.

The receptionists were very helpful, nice and polite. They proactively offered help to customers. We arrived late on our first day there and ordered take-out. After finishing, we called the staff to take away all the leftovers as the smell was quite strong. The staff took immediate action. We could feel that the staff there strives to provide a good stay experience to their customers. The breakfast there was delicious. The room provided a comfortable a**osphere. My family had a great experience staying this hotel. We won’t hesitate to choose this hotel when we visit Beijing next time.

Had a really good experience booking here! The people at the front desk were super welcoming and understanding of foreigners. The room was also one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in and was quite pretty! They provide toothbrushes and other things upon request as well, and the location is very convenient, right on a big street with lots of small shops and places to eat.

Service: This hotel has the best and most enthusiastic service we have ever encountered while traveling with our children. First, on the first day of our stay, the guy at the hotel front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type in the main building for us, took the initiative to carry my luggage, and enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and equipment. Second, I feel that the hotel staff are more fond of children. Some bring water to the children to drink, and some bring toys to play with them. Facilities: The overall decoration style of the hotel is the Republic of China style. The furniture is high-end mahogany furniture. It is equipped with Hermès toiletries, wooden toothbrushes and combs. There are free Evian or VOSS mineral water and Corona beer in the refrigerator. Hygiene: The room is clean and smell-free, and most of the facilities are brand new. Environment: Needless to say, it’s perfect for wearing a cheongsam to check in. The atmosphere is full and beautiful!
