"This hotel is really great! It's clean and minimalist, and the bed is super comfortable – just the right balance of soft and firm. The bathroom is a wet/dry separation design and very clean. They have a laundry room and a gym, and on the first floor lounge, there's a complimentary book bar with various teas and coffees, which is a very thoughtful touch. There's an underground parking lot, and it's surrounded by a commercial area, so shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. Right in front of the hotel is a food street, and Miao Tan Grilled Fish is only about 100 meters away. Definitely five stars, highly recommend!"

"Absolutely perfect! This was my first time staying at Atour, and I chose it because it's a new hotel. The location is super close to the shopping mall, which I believe is in Baoding's new urban area. If you're looking to visit the Zhili Governor's Office or Lotus Pond Park, it might be a bit of a distance. However, the hotel facilities are perfect – comfortable pillows, clean, spacious rooms, and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Honestly, I think the shower here is better than a lot of high-end hotels. All in all, next time I'm back in Baoding, this will definitely be my first choice."

"The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)"
