"I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!"

"The e-sports equipment is of the highest configuration and it feels really comfortable to play. The lighting in the room is very good, the facilities are new and the bath towels are very clean. I especially like the bedding that the waiter said is cotton, and it is very comfortable to sleep on."
