"If you're looking for accommodation to visit Venice, this could be a pretty practical option. The hotel is connected to Venice by bus in about 12 minutes, so even if you're not staying directly on the island, getting to the center is easy. The 2 PM check-in seemed quite good to me. Some hotels don't allow access to the room until 3 PM or even 4 PM, so having it available earlier is appreciated, especially after traveling. Breakfast was included and, honestly, for the price we paid, it was quite satisfactory. No great luxuries, but enough to start the day with energy. The room was a pleasant surprise: spacious, with a large bed and another small one, and we also had views of the square, which is always a plus. The less positive point? The bathroom. Overall it was fine, but the shower was quite small and could be a bit uncomfortable. 👉 In summary: a good alternative if you want to visit Venice without necessarily paying the prices of staying directly on the island. Good connection, spacious room, and included breakfast. The only thing I would clearly improve is the size of the shower."

"My stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, and the overall environment is clean and comfortable. The room decor is simple and modern, the bedding is soft and cozy, which ensured a great night's sleep. Although the twin room wasn't exceptionally spacious, it was well-equipped, and the natural light and soundproofing were both good. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. As an accommodation choice during my Venice trip, this hotel offered good value for money and a satisfying overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The bus driver who picked us up in the evening was incredibly rude; I wouldn't even give him one star for service. We'd pre-booked the shuttle service and had already been charged online, with the order showing as confirmed. However, for some reason, we couldn't access the bus ticket page – it kept showing an error. Perhaps it was because we were using a German SIM card, or maybe there was an issue with the hotel's website (we tried again after leaving the hotel the next day, and it worked fine). But at the time, the bus driver was really difficult, you know? We tried repeatedly to explain and show him the order confirmation page, but he just said it wasn't his fault, that he didn't care about our reasons, and he only looked at the ticket page. His impatient tone and glare would have made anyone lose their cool. So, my husband got into an argument with him. I tried to de-escalate, telling him I understood it was his job and not his fault, but before I could finish, he pointed his finger at my nose, stared me down, and loudly declared, 'Yes, madam, it's all your fault!' Then he got back into the driver's seat and started muttering to himself in Italian, but in a way that sounded insulting. At that point, I lost it too. We flew all the way to Milan and took a train to Venice specifically not to deal with such attitudes. Can't there be special treatment for special circumstances? I believe such people are rare, but this one incident definitely ruined our vacation to some extent. The bus driver who dropped us off in the morning was excellent. Faced with the same issue, he let us on the bus and even said that these things sometimes happen, proving how different people can be. Now, about the hotel: it's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so it would be more suitable if you're driving. The internal facilities are decent; the well-equipped kitchen was my favorite part. However, one toilet wouldn't flush, the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the soundproofing was poor, likely due to it being a wooden building. The hotel has a pool, an internal shop, and a restaurant. The surroundings are quite isolated, with nothing to do nearby besides farmland and residential areas. The front desk staff provided excellent service."

"There are rooms that can accommodate up to five people for €145 per night. The rooms are clean, and the service is good. The location is excellent, close to the town’s main bus stop and within walking distance of the small lake."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of our Italy trip, and the price definitely played a role, haha! Probably because it's in a small town, the value for money was incredible! The service was excellent. The front desk helped us book a restaurant, and then we had to cancel because my friend wasn't feeling well, which made us feel a bit bad. Anyway, a big thank you to this hotel. If I ever visit Verona again, I'd definitely choose this hotel! It even made Verona feel more beautiful!"

"Amazing customer service, they are impeccable at the reception. My room was clean and the toilet had just two pieces of dirty, but mainly clean, I sorted. Silent most of the time but you can hear heavy doors slamming. No kettle, no complimentary water, tea, coffee, so be prepared. I liked the location! Very peaceful."

"This 3 star hotel’s service is nice, friendly receptionists, plus a very nice and refreshing welcome drink for such hot weather is amazing! The location is very good, just right next to the Verona porta nuova train station, and the bus stop just right across the street, can take you to casa di giulietta They have luggage storage which is very nice if you still have time and need to go somewhere after check out in the morning."

"Location was excellent. Check in was smooth. Room was nice but bed covers could be replaced. Very old and worn looking. No English speaking channels on TV if you like to relax and check up on the news daily. Shower door was nice but still allowed water on the floor so be aware. When we checked out the front desk got us a Poter for 25 euro to bring our bags back too the train. Has daily breakfast in the am but we never utilized. Great money spend!"

"The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance."
