Samila Beach
This is a peaceful, beautiful and clean beach. It is said that the sea near the beach was once a stronghold of pirates, but now it has become a scenic spot in Songkhla. On the white sandy beach, there is also a prominent bronze mermaid statue to pay homage to the goddess of the earth in Hinduism. Another legend about this sculpture is that this is a kind Songkhla girl who met a sailor on the beach, and the two fell in love. When the girl became pregnant with the sailor's child, the sailor set sail again. The innocent girl is convinced that the sailor will soon come back to marry her, and waits at the beach every day. Year after year, day after day, the sailor never came back. Finally one day, the girl turned into a bronze statue of a mermaid and watched Samila Beach forever. Next to the bronze mermaid statue is a group of "cat and mouse" statues, because the two islands of Songkhla are named KoYo and KoLosin respectively.Songkhla City · 4.9km from downtown

Ko Samui
A crescent-like white beach surrounded by the blue water shimmering under the sun. As the waves gently sway the water surface, the sea is divided into the distinct colors of light blue to green. This is Samui Island. There are many beaches with clear water and white sand. The scenery is very charming. There are plenty of water sports to choose from. Compared with Phuket, Samui Island has retained a more natural and simple atmosphere. Many celebrities have chosen to spend their honeymoon or holiday here, which demonstrates the charm of the island.Thailand · Koh Samui
Ko Yo
KoYo Island is not large, but it is an important tourist attraction in Songkhla Province. What attracts tourists more is the cotton clothing on the island. The family workshops here produce products made from hand-woven cotton, which are sold at much cheaper prices in the island market than outside the island. In these workshops, visitors can also witness the whole process of traditional weaving. There is also a special kind of jackfruit on the island, which must be tasted. In the northern part of the island, there is also a folk museum built along the mountain, displaying various local traditional production and living utensils.Songkhla City · 7.9km from downtown
Greenway Night Market
The Greenway Night Market is located on Rama 9 Road in Bangkok. It features retro industrial style and local creativity and is a gathering place for young trends in recent years. The market was transformed from an old warehouse and retains mottled ironwork and neon signs, making it a great place to take photos and check in. You can take the BTS to Phra Ram and then take a taxi or a tuk-tuk directly to the night market. It is recommended to negotiate the price in advance. The night market recommends Thai tie-dyed clothing, handmade leather goods, and vintage stalls. The recommended food is freshly grilled salt-baked fish, volcanic pork ribs soup, and butterfly pea lemon tea at the beverage stall. The night market also has live performances, local bands singing, and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a good place to experience local culture and life. There is a Rama 9 shopping mall near the night market, and you can also take the subway to Chatuchak Weekend Market. The prices at the night market are slightly higher than those at traditional night markets, but the environment is cleaner and suitable for travelers who prefer niche experiences.Hat Yai · 24.3km from Songkhla City

Andamanda Phuket Waterpark
Andamanda Phuket Waterpark is located in Kathu area of central Phuket, a large waterpark themed around Thai mythology and Andaman sea legends, covering approx. 100,000 m². The park itself hides an original story: young Chaiya embarks on a journey to find five sacred items to awaken Naga, the island's guardian deity. Five themed zones - coral world, emerald forest, Naga jungle, Andaman bay and Naga park - correspond to different scenes from the story, with settings incorporating Sino-Portuguese architectural elements of old Phuket. The "treasure hunt" concept while playing in water makes it especially family-friendly. Thrill-seekers can head straight to Naga jungle: "Dragon's descendant" simulates near free-fall, "Naga rapids" allows side-by-side racing with friends, alongside "coiled cobra," "eagle slide," and "garuda flight" - totaling dozens of slides park-wide. Emerald forest features the iconic "angel slide" and uniquely shaped "Kinnaree flight." Andaman bay is an expansive artificial sea with waves reaching approx. 3 m high, bordered by white sand beaches. Aspiring surfers can try the "surfer challenge" wave simulator, while families with children can gather near "miracle lagoon" and "little reef" in coral world to await giant bucket dumps or float leisurely along the "lazy river" circling the atoll. The park also replicates Phang Nga's Tapu island, with a wave bar set on it; the sand bar's transparent acrylic infinity pool offers drinks with views of visitors zooming down the "angel slide" - both being popular photo spots. When tired, village restaurant serves local flavors like pad Thai, massaman curry and Phuket Hokkien noodles, alongside Italian and American dishes (optional). Private overwater villas or cabins overlooking the bay can also be rented as bases. Evenings often feature "Andamanda bay treasure cruise" based on mythological stories, with lights, sound effects and water displays worth staying for after dark. Reminders: popular slides see noticeable afternoon queues - try riding them right after opening; daytime ground gets hot - don't skip flip-flops and sunscreen; short walking distances between facilities make half to full-day visits comfortable. △ SuperWater facilities △Enjoy culinary experiences △Family-friendly funThailand · Phuket
