■ How to activate the function of making calls and send SMS?
Activation requirements: According to local policy, please bring your original passport to dtac offline store to complete real-name registration.
Usage process: In-store identity registration - Remove eSIM restrictions - Customer self-payment top up - Start using.
■ Supports multiple installations
On the same device, the eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled after installation, with a maximum of 10 times supported.
The eSIM can be reinstalled within the QR code validity period (for unactivated eSIMs) or the package expiration date (for activated eSIMs). It cannot be installed after expiration.
■ Internet coverage
The actual signal strength, Internet speed, and 4G/5G service display may vary depending on your location, local carrier network coverage, device compatibility, as well as environmental factors such as terrain, building obstructions, and weather conditions.
■ Disable domestic SIM card roaming
Before using the eSIM, be sure to disable the "data roaming" function on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges from using your domestic SIM's mobile network. You will be responsible for all related fees, including roaming charges, overseas SIM/eSIM purchase costs, and transportation expenses. No additional compensation will be provided.
■ Comply with fair data usage principles
To ensure Internet quality and comply with the fair usage policy (FUP), carriers may monitor users who excessively consume data within a short period, which may result in connection interruption or reduced speeds.
To maintain a stable connection, it is recommended to avoid high data consumption activities such as streaming/downloading long videos, software updates, or Internet sharing (hotspot).
