Things to do in Long'an

It was so much fun! The monkeys were incredibly cute and well-cared for; it was a perfect example of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. The biggest surprise was that there were no forced performances to attract visitors! Every single monkey seemed to be thriving! My friends and I had a fantastic time and will definitely go again! The energy was amazing, and I was happy even on the way back to my dorm. The only regret was not getting to touch any of the monkeys. I hope next time the guide can introduce some well-behaved monkeys for us to pet! There were also four adorable yellow monkeys in the shuttle area.

Gengwang Lake, with its source coming from Buquan River, is a seasonal natural lake located at the junction of Buquan, Nanwei and Pingshan townships, near Jiuwang Village, Silian Village, Nanwei Town and Xinwang Village, Bangning, Nanwei Town. Gengwang Lake has different scenery in each season, so it is also known as the "Face-Changing Lake". It is a typical karst terrain with an excellent ecological environment, with beautiful scenery and clear waters.

This place is the best for taking a bamboo raft. The river water is very clean. It is surrounded by mountains and has a specially created lake view. The evening and afternoon are good times for taking photos. It is a good scenic spot for a two-hour visit. The key is that it is free.

Qingxiu Mountain is truly vast, officially covering over ten square kilometers. First-time visitors without prior planning can easily feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. It's highly recommended to plan your route in advance and utilize the sightseeing bus for a much better experience. The scenic area is well-managed; the cleanliness, trails, restrooms, and signage are all well-maintained. The environment is refreshing and comfortable, making it a truly commendable green lung for Nanning. This visit was a bit rushed; next time, I'll definitely wear my running shoes and come earlier to run and breathe in the fresh air! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I finally fulfilled my dream of going abroad, although the procedures were a bit troublesome and I had to wait for people. The waterfalls in Vietnam are even more beautiful. A bamboo raft only cost 15 yuan. When we arrived at noon, the water level was low, but it was higher around 4 pm, so we took a bamboo raft that costs 48 yuan in China.

This hotel is perfect for a chill vacation. The ocean view is unbeatable and definitely worth returning to. The service is excellent, and the hotel feels like a small estate with great privacy. This is why I chose it. If I had to suggest something, I'd appreciate the addition of a high-definition projector with a retractable motorized screen. Also, I'd like to upgrade the hairdryer to a Dyson. Otherwise, it's practically perfect.

It's a lot of fun, ideally you should spend two days there and stay in the nearby town. The boat tour on Yuanyang Lake has no time limit, and the transparent boat is definitely worth a full day; you can see water snakes, birds, and butterflies.

The river water is a vibrant green, contrasting beautifully with the distant mountain peaks. The karst topography is evident, the waterfalls are small and exquisite, and the area is home to ethnic minorities with rich cultural traditions. The environment is serene, and the natural resources are well-preserved. Overall, it's a great place.

Tongling Grand Canyon is a worthwhile attraction, boasting a diverse landscape including canyons, caves, streams, underground rivers, and waterfalls. The scenery is beautiful, and it's quite cool inside, noticeably cooler than outside, which is very comfortable. After walking a long way, we finally saw the waterfall, which was quite impressive. The best part was the cave beneath the waterfall; the scenery was unique. It's best to bring a disposable raincoat, as it gets very wet inside, like it's raining. I got completely soaked just taking a few photos. Dongnayu Bay is also decent. The first part is for boat tours; it's a river with clear water typical of subtropical and tropical climates, but there's not much else to see. Further in by land, there are some nice views, making it suitable for rafting, although that activity hasn't been developed yet.

First, find a guesthouse to stay in, then buy tickets online; buying a day in advance can get you a discount. Take a boat trip; there's a young female guide and a boatman to ferry you (all electric, of course). The young woman explains the scenery along the way; it's beautiful on a sunny day. The Fish Scale Dam in front is worth seeing; it's very photogenic. On the way back, walk slowly and leisurely to experience the Zhuang culture; it's quite nice.
