The overall experience was stable and efficient. From receiving the QR code after purchase to completing the setup, it took only a few minutes to activate, without needing to change a physical SIM card. This is a huge plus for travelers with tight schedules. 📡 In Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, and the Jungfrau region, the network performance was generally stable. Signal strength in urban areas was almost perfect; navigation, checking train schedules, and uploading photos were all smooth. In mountainous areas or on moving trains, the signal occasionally weakened or became briefly unstable, but it remained within acceptable limits and did not affect overall usability. ⚙️ The biggest advantage of eSIM is its convenience. It allows you to retain your original phone number, ensuring uninterrupted reception of important messages. This is extremely useful for those who need to check transportation information or adjust their itineraries on the fly. Customer service response time was acceptable, and basic issues were resolved effectively.
