The visit to both the monastery and the church was well worth it. Our guide, Pavel, explained everything very well. My only complaint is that the time spent at the monastery was very short, and we had to be back on the bus by 1:45 pm. In my opinion, the visit to Rila could have been extended by half an hour, and the return to Sofia wouldn't have been so delayed.

Great places, a must visit. Watch out: get your food beforehand cause it might be a scam. Also, the church is not included in the price :/

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice
