The eSIM installation is simple; detailed instructions are emailed to you after purchase. The connection quality was excellent, but there were a few outages lasting about 30 minutes. In Turkey, the eSIM worked on Türk Telekom towers, and in Italy, it connected to Vodafone. 5G coverage is available everywhere. I've had nothing but positive experiences using this eSIM. I highly recommend it.

eSIM has been used in Turkey, Greece and currently in Italy. Installation was quite easy, connection is good, but sometimes loading was slow …. 10gB for 10 days is more than enough. Good value for money offer

I want to linger on this review because the eSIM from Trip.com truly saved our trip across three countries: 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇧🇦 Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 🇲🇪 Montenegro. We chose the 2GB per day plan for two—my husband and I—and it was the perfect balance: inexpensive, but with enough data for everything (navigation, messaging, social media, and music on the go). We connected in a minute, following the instructions, with no complications. It worked reliably in all cities and towns. The only exception was when we were traveling by bus across borders and there were only forests or mountains around, the connection dropped. But that's perfectly logical: there are simply no cell towers there. Otherwise, everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Trip.com for a reliable and affordable option for multi-country travel! 🔥

I used an e-SIM for the first time. I needed a card for a trip to Armenia and Italy. I chose this one because it not only provides internet access but also calls and text messages. I connected quickly, using a QR code, at the airport in Russia. By the time I arrived in the country, I already had internet access. The trip lasted 10 days, and I used only 5 GB of data (we used it for viewing maps, sending photos, social media, and calling family via instant messaging). The connection was good everywhere. I recommend it!
