When we bought our tickets, it said to show the QR code to the staff, but there wasn't one, so I was a little worried something was wrong. But when we arrived, the ticket inspector twiddled something on the screen and everything worked, and we were allowed through. Then, in the waiting area, there was a gathering of a motley group of tourists, not as well-mannered as the Japanese, a terrible noise, the smell of food, and children running around. When boarding, there were no assigned seats, so I sat wherever I could. We couldn't squeeze into the line, but we had to sit awkwardly, with limited visibility from the window and the air conditioning was cold. Then we were allowed to go up to the upper deck, where it was more beautiful and pleasant. We weren't thrilled, but it was worth seeing once: lots of water, large cruise restaurants, bridges, and cormorants. Overall, not bad.

I am beyond thrilled and so happy to have done this amazing Tokyo tour!! Mina was such an amazing tour guide!! She had so much knowledge and was so passionate about the work that she does. Mina was so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions!! She was so patient and always had a smile on her face!! I really cannot thank her enough for my experience!! Thank you so much Mina for making this tour extra special. I think the tour itself was absolutely amazing!! 10 out of 10 but what made it more amazing was Mina, the tour guide!! I didn’t even realize the time went by so fast because it was so much fun!! I have gained so much knowledge about the city of Tokyo and it’s landmarks!! thank you so much, Mina. A fantastic and very comprehensive tour that covers many interesting sights. It's varied, entertaining, and very well organized. Our guide, Lovely, was wonderful—one of the best guides we've ever had. I highly recommend this tour, and even though it's 10 hours long, it's not tiring at all since you travel by bus.
