The pools and the general pool area are nice and clean. However, the reception and restaurant staff were rude and completely uninterested in their job. This applies particularly to the ladies at reception who didn’t even bother to hide their feelings. We had a voucher for drinks and snacks that came with the ticket but the restaurant staff were insisting that we can only use it after 4pm. It was only through arguing that we were able to get them. Not the nicest experience

The gardens are absolutely beautiful. It’s like you’ve been transported into a different world. Whichever pool you are in, your view is amazing. The complex itself is super clean and you can sit either by one of the pools but there are loads of nooks and crannies in the shade or in the sun. We went with ours kids 16 &18 and they loved it too. We did all the pools and even the 40 degree and then 15 degree plunge pool. Lunch was good, a little more expensive but expected. The sauna (basically a cave with a door) was way too hot for me I managed 40 secs and had to run out but my husband managed 5 mins! Personally I thought the whole experience was worth every penny!
