The entire booking experience has been hassle free. Everything from ticketing, to the lounge and to boarding has been easy and straightforward. The sleeper train experience was wonderful too. The train was clean and the facilities in good condition. Trang provided excellent support and services. She got in touch with me quickly once the booking was confirmed on Trips and sent me details about the trips. She also sent me the train tickets a week in advance as promised and replied to my message quickly. I will strongly recommend her service.

Upon I booked this VicSapa night train from Hanoi to Sapa, a lady was friendly acknowledging thru WhatsApp my booking & later reminded me how/what to do on the actual day at trainstation VIP room， where there were guys even helped me to carry my luggage to platform 8 & to the train. Thanks to the VicSapa staff.

there was a mix up of beds (ours had only 2 beds set up when it was meant to be for 4), however the cabin and beds were very clean, and ear plugs were provided. We managed to sleep through the sound, much better than the sleeper bus. It was a pleasant experience.
