I always buy an eSIM whenever I travel because it is usually very easy to activate on an iPhone using the Trip.com app. However, upon arrival this time, I couldn't connect because I hadn't deleted my old eSIMs, making it difficult to locate the active one. While waiting in the immigration queue, I connected to the airport Wi-Fi to contact customer support, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the correct profile so I could get connected. I used this eSIM across Athens, Vienna, Budapest, and Santorini, and the performance was relatively good with consistent access to 5G. The only minor downsides were that the signal dropped a bit during border transits between countries, and there was no connectivity at all while underground in the Athens Metro; otherwise, it worked perfectly throughout my trip.★

The esim worked very well in Tirana Albania, Kotor Montenegro, Mostar and Sarajevo Bosnia and Herzegovina. Connected immediately with no issues upon landing and had good connection the whole trip. Will purchase again in future.★

It works well in the city, but the signal is often weak in tunnels or underground. In some areas of the Dolomites, there's no signal at all, and I frequently receive calls from unknown numbers with long sentences in French.★
