We were able to activate our e-SIM card through trip.com customer support because we couldn't do it ourselves. However, the support team was very professional and polite. The SIM card worked perfectly—we easily used it to order a taxi and search online for information about Bangkok's attractions and restaurants. The photo shows the famous Pixel Tower, MahaNakhon (also known as King Power Mahanakhon), for which we also purchased tickets on trip.com.★
