We bought a SIM card at home before our trip to Thailand. We received a QR code for installing the SIM card via email. We installed it right away. Upon arrival at Phuket airport, I turned on the eSIM. Everything worked perfectly. The internet works even on the Phi Phi Islands. Excellent internet, great price.★

Convenient and easy to install before travel. Good coverage and fast data in most cities. Competitive pricing, no physical SIM swapping. Only drawback: activation took longer than promised and customer support was slow to respond. Still, a solid choice for hassle-free connectivity. Would recommend with a small patience warning.★

You can download it in Japan, activate (turn on) the eSIM in Thailand, and connect easily. A mobile phone number is included, so after activating it locally, you can check the phone number by dialing "*833#", and then you can activate it by topping up at a 7-Eleven (convenience store) (I paid 20 baht).★

This was my first time using it, but since I had purchased it in advance in Japan and registered it with my passport, it was very convenient as I could use it as soon as I arrived in Thailand. I went to Yasothon Province, a rural area in northeastern Thailand, but there were absolutely no problems with the signal. On the other hand, there were times when I lost signal around Koh Tao.
