We had a fantastic day with Simon. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We hadn’t planned on going on the Alpine Jet Boat but ended up doing so and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was plenty of time for taking pictures at the various stops and for walking around Castle Hill and up to the Devil’s Punchbowl Waterfall in Arthur’s Pass. Highly recommended.

Nice daytrip. Train was comfortable and good seats were reserved for each person. Driver/guide was friendly, knowledgeable and a good driver. Stopped several times and showed all as advertised.

Our guides were great. The opportunity to take the Jet Boat ride was fantastic and really worth the extra cost. Plenty of stops on the way for photos and walks. a little disappointed that the train was late into Arthur's Pass so we missed some of the views on the way back due to the day light fading but it was all still an amazing day.
