We visited this complex on July 19th. We booked our entrance tickets online. It was busy, but lines were easy. We were provided with towels at the entrance. There are signs, including in Russian. The tub fills quickly. They monitor your time in the tub to ensure it doesn't exceed 20 minutes, which is very convenient. The water pressure is good. There are multiple pools with waterfalls. Sun loungers are available. The grounds are shaded and well-maintained.

We loved everything! The grounds are clean, everything is well-maintained, and the staff is very polite and friendly. I recommend booking tickets in advance through Trip.com—without a voucher, you can spend a lot of time in line, as there are so many people trying to get in. We took a taxi through InDriver—it was significantly cheaper than other services. Before the trip, we read reviews about bags being checked at the entrance and not allowing outside water and food. In our case, there were no checks, and many visitors were happy to bring their own drinks and snacks. However, the prices for food and water on the grounds are quite affordable—about the same as in the city. We bought a full-day ticket with lunch included and didn't regret it at all. This is a great place to relax, and it left only pleasant impressions. I definitely recommend visiting!

A great, long-time favorite spot! There were practically no people, perhaps because it was Tuesday. All the pools were clean, everything was working, and the grounds were neat and tidy! The service was friendly, and the staff was helpful and efficient. I consider it a place for a relaxing weekend getaway! And when the rain started, the Berly pool was simply magical!

Highly recommended! My husband and I visited Charm Spa in Nha Trang, and it was an incredible experience! We had a facial massage. The movements were gentle and relaxing, but the lymphatic drainage was noticeable. My face looked rested and toned after the session, and the head and shoulder massage was a nice bonus. The salon itself is very clean, there's relaxing music playing, and at the end they treated us to delicious ginger and mango tea. We'll definitely be back! Roman and Natalia
