We loved everything. We booked the resort in advance when planning our stay in Vietnam. We exchanged the voucher for tickets without any hassle at the ticket counter. We loved the mud baths, herbal baths, and wide selection of pools. It's clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and electric carts drive around the grounds. There's a water park and a restaurant. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained. We spent most of the day at the resort, relaxing and thoroughly enjoying ourselves.

The spa is beautiful; you can feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff is polite and friendly, a team of professionals. I really enjoyed the massage; I didn't want it to end. At the end, they brought complimentary fruit and tea.

We loved it! We booked a private cabin. We arrived at 9 a.m., and there were hardly any people there! It was quiet, the birds were singing. They gave us welcome fruit and tea. We loved it. And the water was warm and hot everywhere, even in the waterfalls.
