We thoroughly enjoyed our spa day at this complex. We booked a program that included an exfoliating treatment, massage, mud and mineral baths, and lunch at the end. The entire experience, from pickup to drop-off, took about two hours. The organization was clear, with staff members providing directions throughout the entire process, making it impossible to misunderstand or get lost. The treatments themselves went well, and we definitely enjoyed the entire experience. Unfortunately, the food was far from delicious. The grounds are beautiful overall, but we found it crowded even on a Monday morning. Keep this in mind when choosing a day and time to visit.

The place is great, we took baths, there are a lot of mud baths, the waterfall area is impressively designed, there are pools, both hot and ice, and a wave pool.

Excellent salon. The stylists are very attentive and caring, and they're always interested in your well-being throughout the entire procedure. The receptionists are also great; it's a pleasure to interact with them both in person and during the booking process.

I didn't bring my smartphone inside, so I only have photos of the outside! First of all, booking was easy and quick, and I was able to do it the day before. By the way, it wasn't too crowded. The entrance was easy to find, located slightly off to the side of the hotel entrance, and the check-in process was smooth. They gave us detailed directions, which was reassuring. Once inside, you change clothes and then head straight for the mud bath... After that, there are various other activities, and you can choose whatever you like. You can go to everything except the mud bath multiple times. (The mud bath is only about 20 minutes, but they don't give you a signal to stop). | You can stay for about an hour in the jacuzzi, pool, foot bath, sauna, etc. (I think that's about right, but maybe it's longer if you go with friends?) | It's not sunny, so you can't get a tan.

I highly recommend it, especially with children; the infrastructure seems more developed for them, in my opinion. We booked a VIP room for 4 hours, but overall, it's not exactly necessary, as we simply changed clothes there. Our bungalow had three pools: a mud pool, a herbal pool, and, for some reason, a very hot pool. Even though it was 34 degrees outside, the water there was unbearably hot, while the herbal pool was bearable. Our friends booked a clay pool, and I think it was more practical. The place is very beautiful, and the service is good. There's a sort of water park, but it could use some improvement (make the slide mats more accessible and figure out how to handle the slippers, which I'm required to wear, but they're all just piled up, and you can't even find a pair in your size). Overall, it was a great experience, and well worth the money.
