The overall satisfaction of this tour is 100%. The whole process not only arranged the guide, but also arranged three staff members to serve our entire travel team. The staff was careful and responsible, arranged the time reasonably, and booked various matters in advance. It was in place!

My tour with John was awesome! We enjoyed an amazing sunset on the summit, and him and another gentleman helping with another van on the tour taught us so much about stars, the constellations, as well as how the stars are important to Hawaiian culture. I believe this is also the first time in my life that I’ve actually seen the Milky Way spread out across the sky. The sunset on the summit was gorgeous!!!! Seeing those observatories up there and standing above the clouds gave me a new appreciation for astronomy- I get the love for it now. Thank you John!!!🗻🌌✨

Although I was worried about the weather, I was able to enjoy the sunset above the clouds from the summit and the starry sky from a little way down. The guide was very attentive and polite. However, although he said he would speak slowly, his English was too fast and I couldn't fully communicate, which was disappointing. I also felt it was important to study basic constellations before participating.
