I highly recommend booking the hike with them; everything is taken care of. Our guide, Mede, was incredible, very dedicated, and we had a wonderful time. He's been leading this hike for over 26 years. We were a group of three. The view was magnificent. Since the climb had tired us out, the hot springs weren't strictly necessary, but they're worth checking out for those who are curious. Thank you for everything!

I truly enjoyed the experience. The body scrub, aromatherapy massage, facial and bath soak were all fantastic. A wide selection of oils to choose from and finished with ginger tea and biscuits.

A great, easy excursion! Well organized, everything was efficient! A beautiful sunrise and a pleasant end to the excursion in the hot springs! Special thanks to the team: jeep driver Cahya for the great shots, taking great photos of us at every stage of the journey, and to the driver who drove us from and to the Dede Hotel (I hope I spelled his name correctly) 🙏🏼

The staff cleverly arranged for us to visit the hot springs first. While we were having our meal and gazing at the volcano, a sudden downpour began, revealing a different side of the volcano shrouded in mist. Since the rain hadn't stopped, they suggested we visit a coffee plantation to sample some coffee. Afterward, we visited Tirta Empul Temple, where the rain had stopped and the spring was gushing forth. Ubud was crowded, and they even reminded us to bargain when buying things – they were very kind. On the way back to the hotel, they even let us stop at a supermarket to buy some snacks, gently and kindly explaining the cultural traditions of Bali. We were very grateful.
