Renewed a 30-day 20GB plan, but the installation was unsuccessful, to contact customer service, initially should have used AI to answer questions, constantly loop installation guidelines (can not solve the problem), later the real customer service, quickly solved the problem.
P.S. Remind everyone, if the data is used up within the date of the plan, it will not automatically switch to the new plan data, it is like I have to contact customer service for help, otherwise I have to wait until the end of the plan to use the new data.★

Buying and installing the e-SIM from trip.cpm is easy and very cheap, and I always find it incredibly useful when traveling abroad! The signal works without any problems. However, sometimes it suddenly stops working the next morning after a day has passed. Turning the SIM on and off once usually fixes it.★

I highly recommend this app! It's fast and cost-effective. When you're about to lose internet access abroad, just turn it on and you'll have internet again instantly. It saved me from almost getting lost and stranded overseas! I suggest buying it in advance without installing it, and then turning it on when you feel your mobile internet is about to disappear.★
