The tour guide respects the decision of the tourists throughout the journey, and the itinerary is very well arranged. The hotel is also very clean. The luck is better arranged in a room with a balcony, but the balcony is a little dirty, and the balcony door lock is not very easy to use. The door is opened a little bit. It is a bit unsafe. The room number is 3206. I hope it can be improved in the future. Other places are very good, the hotel breakfast is also quite rich, in general, the holiday itinerary of Trip.com is still very good!

A pleasant trip to Shilin Nine Towns, compared to the crowded Shilin, I prefer the scenery of Nine Towns, the cable car, the boat in the gorge, and the cool cave. The driver was very good, drove very steadily, and introduced Kunming's cultural scenery along the way.

The itinerary is OK, but the level of tour guide service at the first stop really needs to be improved. Chengde's tour guide business is very capable but does not arrange accommodation according to the contract standard. Is it too shouldn't be? !

We travelled to Jiaozi Snow Mountain as a family of 4; 2 kids and 2 adults. We are very satisfied with the service provided. From the beginning, the agent was very responsive and always kept in touch with us, which gave us great peace of mind, especially when travelling with kids. The driver was extremely helpful and kind, and even assisted us in getting the entrance tickets, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The trip was well organised, comfortable, and enjoyable for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended for families travelling with children.
