A pleasant trip to Shilin Nine Towns, compared to the crowded Shilin, I prefer the scenery of Nine Towns, the cable car, the boat in the gorge, and the cool cave. The driver was very good, drove very steadily, and introduced Kunming's cultural scenery along the way.★

The tour guide respected the tourists' decisions throughout the trip, and the itinerary was very well arranged. The hotel was also very clean. We were lucky to be assigned a room with a balcony, although the balcony was a little dirty, and the balcony door lock was a bit unreliable; it opened easily with a little force, which was a bit unsafe. The room number was 3206. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Everything else was great, and the hotel breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, the Ctrip vacation itinerary was excellent!★

The schedule was well managed in advance of the booking. Since the city tour was included, they asked about the places I wanted to visit and actively reflected my preferences.
The driver arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled time for pickup, and the condition of the vehicle was excellent.
Although the driver did not speak English, he made a great effort to communicate using a translation app.
The scenery at 석림 was absolutely amazing. There is a lot of walking involved, so comfortable sneakers are a must. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also essential.
When I mentioned that I wanted to try local food, the driver recommended a mushroom soup, which was delicious. In particular, the cheese-like dish made from cow’s milk is a must-try.
Traffic congestion in Kunming is quite severe. It is better to avoid visiting the Douyin Flower Market on weekends. and consider other city attractions instead.★

The itinerary was acceptable, but the tour guide's service at the first stop definitely needs improvement. The tour guide in Chengde was very capable, but it's really unacceptable that they didn't arrange accommodations according to the contract!★
