Wonderful experience! Similar to others I was a little worried the cheaper price might mean a poor experience, but this was almost identical to a much more expensive Komodo tour I had done previously. Well organised, good locations and an early start means missing the worst of the crowds. Remember to tip the Park Rangers if you can!

Customer service responded promptly to my questions, and the merchant arranged the tour itinerary in a timely manner after I placed the order! The tour guide was exceptionally enthusiastic, patient, and responsible! Komodo has such a beautiful environment, with pink sand beaches and stunning coral reefs for snorkeling!

At the last minute, this was the only tour company still accepting bookings. I was initially worried about their reliability based on the descriptions and reviews, but thankfully Trip.com offered free cancellation. So I booked, completed the arrangements, and provided the necessary documents. They picked us up from the Ayana lobby promptly at 6 AM the next morning. We embarked on the cruise and completed six classic itineraries. The entire tour was highly professional and dedicated, with excellent planning for every stop. A highly recommended tour. I'm very grateful to them for helping us obtain our seafaring permits at the last minute, allowing us to set sail smoothly.
