I needed to travel between Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, and having an eSIM that covered all three countries was practically the only option. It automatically switched signals in each country, so I didn't need to set it up repeatedly, which was very convenient. However, sometimes the signal would suddenly drop, and sometimes the eSIM wouldn't connect after turning off airplane mode, which made me panic... But thankfully, it helped me complete the entire trip smoothly. I would definitely buy it again if I have the chance!

It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. But that was with our previous SIM card; this time, we've learned how to monitor it via mobile data and set daily limits. We recommend it.
