A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.

Extremely satisfied! Customer service added me on WeChat immediately after I placed the order, and the tour guide contacted me on WeChat the afternoon before departure. Customer service also sent me a WeChat message with the meeting point information. This trip mainly focused on seeing mountains and rivers, which could have been a bit boring, but our tour guide, J01 Xiaoyu Will, was very professional, his explanations were interesting, and he was very friendly, making the trip very enjoyable. It was a wonderful day trip.

Great experience with this tour. It was a fun and enjoyable day with a very unique itinerary. It's worth every single penny. Our tour guide Miss Wanting is very professional, smart, informative, dedicate and extremely helpful. She speaks fluent English, Chinese, Japanese, and French. She is a hidden gem. I would love to rebook this tour again if I have a chance.

He was always punctual for our meetings, kept the car very clean, and reminded us of important things along the way – his service was truly thoughtful. I had a fantastic experience on the trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone with the group. It was incredible to visit so many places in a single day. Our guide, Yuji, was wonderful—he provided great insights about the locations and took excellent care of us throughout the journey. The only suggestion I have is to extend the trip by an hour or 30mins to allow more time at Mt. Fuji. Since it was the highlight of the trip, spending just 40 minutes there felt a bit short, especially with so many shops we didn’t have time to explore. That said, I still give this trip a full 5-star rating, as all the rides and experiences were truly enjoyable. Thank you!
