I highly recommend choosing Master Zhao as your driver and guide for a day trip to Mount Fuji! Master Zhao's service was impeccable from start to finish. Along the way, he provided detailed and engaging explanations of each scenic spot, allowing us to not only see the beauty of Mount Fuji but also understand the stories and culture behind it. At each attraction, he personally accompanied us, eliminating the need for us to navigate on our own. Even more remarkable was Master Zhao's warm and thoughtful attitude. He proactively inquired about our needs and went to great lengths to accommodate them, truly making us feel at home. Thanks to Master Zhao, our trip to Mount Fuji was truly a truly enjoyable experience. We were filled with joy and satisfaction. It was an unforgettable journey!

The itinerary was incredibly tight. We departed Shinjuku Station at 8:00 AM sharp and returned from Gotemba Premium Outlets at 4:00 PM. That's a total of 8 hours. Traffic jams, late guests, and lunchtime left us only 60 minutes to explore the outlet mall. The itinerary states that the visit is to the Blue Train platform from April to November, but we actually visited the 5th Station. Is that the wrong time? Also, the itinerary lists two attractions separately: Attraction: 2 hours at the outlet mall (note: choose either the outlet mall or the hot springs); Attraction: 2 hours at the hot springs (note: choose either the outlet mall or the hot springs). It's easy to mistakenly think that the two options are 2 hours each, and that choosing between them simply means choosing the order of which destination to visit first. Since it's only one destination, it would be better to list it as one attraction: Attraction: Gotemba Premium Outlets/Konohana-no-Yu (choose one), 2 hours A single slash would make it clearer, so why list the two attractions separately, causing confusion? Our tour guide, Anna, was very good. She explained in both Chinese and English, and her Cantonese was quite good. She helped us understand some Japanese culture. She was also very enthusiastic and answered all our questions about Japan.

Betty was a friendly kind guide she tries to check each of us to check if we are following up alright. Also it was a meaningful option to choose to have both sightingseeing Mt Fuji and Oshino hokkai and also the hot spring. What a grateful one day trip

It's. A great tour group we book. Manage to see Mt Fuji Up close. It's freezing but in a good way. Not difficult to engage the agent..they will notify you on your mobile you share. A must try Going there takes an average of about 1 hour ++ if no traffic jam. When going seated on the right side you can see Mt Fuji or seat at the front row.


