The driver and tour guide, Xiao Cheng, were incredibly responsible. From the moment we picked them up, they provided detailed guidance throughout the trip. Even though the elderly gentleman and lady in our group weren't interested in shopping at the outlet mall, the tour guide immediately offered to help them find photo spots near Mount Fuji, and to find comfortable places to eat and relax, without showing any impatience. On our return trip, we opted not to join the tour back to Tokyo, but instead found a hotel at the foot of Mount Fuji to enjoy a hot spring bath. The driver even took us to the hotel before leaving, as getting a taxi is very difficult despite Mount Fuji being a famous tourist attraction. We were extremely grateful to him. For those traveling from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, I highly recommend this day tour; it saves a lot of hassle, and the small group size makes it very convenient.★

This day trip to Mt. Fuji and Gotemba Premium Outlets was absolutely amazing!
Although the weather was a bit unpredictable, it couldn't diminish the beauty of the surrounding scenery!
We spent the afternoon shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets – the selection of brands was incredible, and we had a fantastic shopping spree. The person I want to praise most is our tour guide, Ms. Fan. She not only provided professional explanations of Mt. Fuji's history and culture but also thoughtfully helped us take photos and recommended good restaurants.
It was a wonderful trip! The entire itinerary was perfectly planned, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
I highly recommend this tour, and I must give a shout-out to this incredible tour guide! Definitely a five-star review!★

I used this service while traveling alone. I rode the bus with other day tour groups, and our group consisted of speakers who spoke both Korean and Chinese. The guide spoke both Chinese and Korean and provided excellent explanations. The weather was nice today, so I was able to see the full view of Mount Fuji, which was great. Next time, I would like to enjoy this day tour with my parents.★

At the entrance to the bus that took us to the Outlet, the driver demanded a QR code, which we didn't have on our ticket. He got angry and kicked us off the bus. We ended up standing in line again, and he reluctantly and irritably agreed to accept our reservation number. I was worried that the driver would get on my nerves again on the way back from the Outlet. But on the return trip, the one I'm reviewing, there was a different driver who immediately checked our reservation number with a smile and politely invited us on the bus. Thanks to him.★

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Kim Myeong-cheol, told us many interesting stories throughout the bus journey and shared insights that only locals would know, so there wasn't a single dull moment during the trip. He led the tour so well, and the meals were satisfying as well. I am very grateful to Guide Kim Myeong-cheol for making it such a wonderful day.
