Everything went well. I booked more than a day in advance, and they contacted me on WhatsApp during business hours, asking for my information and providing an additional phone number. Upon arrival, I saw staff at passport control with printed names (I had to wait a couple of minutes for mine to appear, but we arrived earlier than originally planned). Passport control itself was quick. Considering there were two or three charter flights going at the same time (and a fairly long line), choosing fast-track was a good idea.

Everything was great. The organizer wrote down all the details the day before. On the day of departure, we found each other quickly. As promised, we were taken through a separate security line at both passport control and baggage check. It took a total of 10-15 minutes. We're incredibly happy we used this service.
