Our tour guide, Jin Jinlan, meticulously planned the itinerary, ensuring it was fulfilling yet unhurried, and worked seamlessly with Daniel from the English-speaking team. LAN's service was attentive and considerate, always attentive to the needs of each member of the group, introducing delicious food, and helping with photography. She was both professional and patient, polite and always smiling. Although the time was short, she created unforgettable and wonderful memories for us.

The receptionist only spoke Korean, so I was grateful that my daughter, who speaks Korean, was there to help. First, we scanned a QR code and answered a questionnaire-like form. It was all in Korean. I answered it while using Papago to translate. The experience was 20 minutes of unlimited shooting, with lots of glasses and headbands to choose from. We selected two basic photos, and although it was supposed to be a time when same-day delivery wasn't possible, they said they could do it in an hour, which was a relief. All the data was sent to us by email for 20,000 won, and the finished photos were beautifully retouched, so we were satisfied. I thought it would be nice if there were instructions in English or Japanese.
