Reviews: Hokkaido Noboribetsu & Lake Toya, Cape Chikyu & Lake Shikotsu Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-04
A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.

Reviews: 1-day tour in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido: Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley + Cape Chikyu + Lake Shikotsu + Mount Usu + Bear Ranch
Guest User2026-10-07
Excellent! Perfect for someone like me who wants to see everything, saving me the trouble of planning transportation and the anxiety of waiting for buses. Our guide, Xiao Liu, was very humorous and recommended good restaurants. There were no forced purchases, but with so many places to visit, we felt a little rushed.

Reviews: [Autumn Special] Hoheikyo Dam + Lake Shikotsu + Jozankei Day Tour from Sapporo
Guest User2026-10-19
If you go to Hokkaido in autumn, you absolutely must visit Jozankei! It's so beautiful! Because of transportation issues, we booked a day tour, which was incredibly convenient. It wasn't tiring at all, even with elderly relatives. Our guide, Yoshi, speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English, and patiently answered all our questions. He even prepared some Jozankei snacks for us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Reviews: [Hokkaido Chuo Bus] Otaru - New Chitose Airport round-trip express (e-ticket scan required)
Guest User2026-10-17
I found it convenient to get to the airport! You just need to press the button and show it to the driver when you get off. However, since it is a bus, you have to account for traffic congestion. The average time from Otaru Station to the airport is 90 minutes, but it took me 140 minutes.

Reviews: Fire & Water Hokkaido: Noboribetsu Hell Valley, Lake Toya & Shikotsu Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-18
This was my first time in Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. I was confused trying to find the person in charge of registration at the meeting place, but I found out by asking someone at the hotel. Mr. Hayashi led the tour! He was excellent. He explained information about the places we visited in Japanese, English, and Chinese, adapting to the group's needs. It was a little disappointing that the time spent at each tourist spot was short, but that's understandable given the distances we traveled. Considering the cost of lunch and the ropeway, I think it was a good deal, and it was great to be able to visit famous tourist spots in one day.
