Convenient and easy booking for transport from the station to Jiuzhaigou. Communication was clear as we received message with the driver name, contact number and vehicle number night before the trip which made it easy to find the bus at the parking lot upon arrival. Bus was clean and comfortable for the 2 hour ride.★

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....★

I bought a ticket, thinking I'd get an English-speaking guide. Guides are extra, and I couldn't find an audio guide, so I paid extra for each pavilion separately. But the park is magnificent: spring, cherry blossoms and magnolias in bloom, a lake with boats and ducks, the Long Corridor, pavilions and towers—everything is impressive. There are a lot of people, but it's not too overwhelming. We were there on a Friday. You can spend the whole day sipping coffee by the lake. We entered through the East Gate and exited through the North Gate. I recommend this route to everyone. The metro station is 100 meters to the right when you exit.
