This show was spectacular. The stage production was excellent! Experiencing a 360 degree rotating theater was so worth it. The show is in Mandarin, but they provide you with earphones to translate to English. I would definitely recommend it! They have a separate seating part for pregnant woman and elderly, so just double check when you buy the tickets.★

The show was amazing. Even more than I expected from the show. It runs for almost an hour and it rained and they still performed it. We got VIP but honestly any seat is good there. The only downside was the crowd. They were very disruptive despite signs and rules about noise level and tardiness. Best to go earlier and enjoy the amazing restaurants in the area. Also lots to do as West Lake prior to the show.★

We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.★

I bought a ticket, thinking I'd get an English-speaking guide. Guides are extra, and I couldn't find an audio guide, so I paid extra for each pavilion separately. But the park is magnificent: spring, cherry blossoms and magnolias in bloom, a lake with boats and ducks, the Long Corridor, pavilions and towers—everything is impressive. There are a lot of people, but it's not too overwhelming. We were there on a Friday. You can spend the whole day sipping coffee by the lake. We entered through the East Gate and exited through the North Gate. I recommend this route to everyone. The metro station is 100 meters to the right when you exit.★
