Old Well
The deadly symbol of the University is the Old Well, a small neoclassical rotunda based on the Chapel of Charity in the Gardens of Versailles. The site of the old well was originally a well that supplied water to the school. It is located at the southern end of McCorkle Square (the North Square), between the two very old buildings on the campus, the Old East and the Old West. I absolutely adore Freedom Park! As a first-time visitor to Charlotte, I had an incredible experience in this sophisticated city, particularly with its upscale dining and delightful breakfast options. The park itself offers beautiful and enjoyable walks, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. Everything about my visit was simply fantastic! I highly recommend it to everyone!
