It was good stay I’ll do it again as soon as possible, the location is fine and the transportation is available during the day and night it was really amazing trip sure I’ll hi there many times , the bus 3M takes you to several places and the ferry is fast

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! My friend and I originally booked a Sea View Room, but decided to pay an extra fee at the front desk to upgrade to a Deluxe Sea View Room. The view was expansive and absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also quite large, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The front desk staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The infinity pool is a must-visit—we were pleasantly surprised to find a heated jacuzzi there, and watching the sunset and evening glow from that spot was pure bliss! The gym offered great views and well-equipped facilities. Although the hotel is not located near a subway station, the shuttle bus frequency is sufficient, making it quite convenient.

The sea view from the room felt quite distant, I could only see a small corner, surrounded by the high-rise buildings nearby. The room size wasn't very big, and the bathroom was more like that of a business hotel. However, what's worth praising is the excellent sound system in the bathroom, and also the in-room water dispenser. The outdoor swimming pool was great, and I also tried out the spa. The therapist's skill level was superb, and the environment was pretty good, but 90 minutes for HKD 2600 (which could book another night's stay!) was quite expensive.

This trip was quite special, as I accidentally injured my foot before departure, which added considerable difficulty to the journey. I want to especially thank Pauline and Clarence for their incredibly thoughtful service. Seeing my mobility issues, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time. The hotel also provided me with a wheelchair service. These small acts of kindness made me feel the warmth of the hotel's service! The room was also exceptionally clean. I compared several hotels near Victoria Harbour, many of which commonly had odors, dampness, and hygiene issues. In the end, I chose W Hong Kong, and its location, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere were truly perfect!

Excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui East—very convenient for getting around and just a short walk to K11 MUSEA. I paid for an upgrade to a Premier Room at check-in, which had a partial sea view. The room was clean, spacious, and well-soundproofed. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay.

Although it's a hotel with a history of nearly 30 years, the lobby is grand and airy with a wide view, featuring lovely plants, floral arrangements, and an outdoor children's playground. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and we were able to borrow a power adapter. All facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is fantastic and I highly recommend it—there is a direct skybridge connecting to Terminal 1. <div>The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Citygate Outlets, which is extremely convenient.</div>

Kerry Hotel, part of Shangri-La. The ultra-luxury sea view room is spacious, with a full-length glass window directly facing Victoria Harbour. The daytime sea views are crystal clear, and the Hong Kong Island skyline lights up gorgeously at night. The service is reliable and thoughtful, check-in was smooth, room cleaning was meticulous, and the bedding was comfortable. Having breakfast at a window table in Big Bay Café while gazing at the sea was wonderful, and the brown sugar Cantonese dishes were well-prepared. The Horizon Club afternoon tea and Happy Hour were exquisite and delicious. Right downstairs is the Hung Hom Promenade—rarely crowded with tourists, making it a great spot for a stroll or sightseeing. The hotel is also very close to Whampoa天地 (Whampoa), offering a vibrant local atmosphere. It's quieter compared to hotels on Hong Kong Island and the top choice for a getaway!

The room was great, with a large desk perfect for using a laptop. There was a partial view of Victoria Harbour from the window. The customer service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located and has a very pleasant environment. While there aren't many dining options nearby, the hotel's own restaurants are excellent, and you can even get takeout to enjoy in your room.

My stay at Regal Hotel was fantastic, completely exceeding expectations! - Attentive service: The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. From check-in to promptly fulfilling every request, their service was efficient and welcoming, making me feel right at home. - Convenient transportation: There are direct buses right outside the hotel offering easy access to bustling commercial districts like Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui, making getting around extremely convenient. - Cleanliness and hygiene: The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and it provided great peace of mind. - Complete amenities: The hotel features a variety of restaurants catering to different culinary preferences. Convenience stores, Mannings, and all kinds of eateries are just a short walk away, making daily needs easily accessible. Whether for getting around, dining, or shopping, everything was just perfect. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

I always book this hotel and know what their service is like, but every time they manage to amaze me. The first time, the front desk staff had a bad attitude at check-in; this time, the check-in staff were actually very great. However, while we were waiting in the lobby after checking out because of our high-speed train, the security guard was quite ridiculous. He kept pacing back and forth in front of us, probably because we had so many bags and he found us an eyesore. Later, I was holding some soy milk and a pastry without any intention of eating them right then, and he rushed over to tell me that eating isn't allowed here, using a very commanding tone. That made me feel like he had been pacing in front of us just waiting for an excuse to have a go at me. My first reaction to his poor attitude was: is it because I had to stay in the lobby after checking out to wait for a later departure? Your hotel didn't offer a complimentary late checkout to match my taxi time, so is sitting here for a little while subject to a fee? It wasn't until after we left that I noticed there was a café-style dining area nearby where we could have gone completely unnoticed. Had I known, I would have sat over there instead of enduring the security guard's attitude. We later mentioned this to the front desk, and shortly after, the security guard seemed to have changed shifts. That said, I must commend the doorman at the entrance who actively helped us load our luggage—his physical labor was miles better than the service of the security guard who was just strolling around and keeping an eye on us inside the lobby. While we are very satisfied with the hotel's location, the service really needs improvement. If eating isn't allowed, there should be a clear reminder sign, or when the security guard noticed us, he could have politely suggested that I go to the nearby café instead of staring us down and barking orders in such a dry, rude manner. Anyone would feel uncomfortable with that; at the very least, he should understand that he works in the hospitality industry.
