"The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Truly Unforgettable Experience We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and would like to give our highest possible recommendation from the bottom of our hearts. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like truly welcome and valued people. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly warm, calm, and pleasant — it really feels like a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your time. The room was perfect: extremely clean, well-maintained, beautifully prepared, and what impressed us especially was the fresh and pleasant smell — everything felt cozy, comfortable, and carefully looked after. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with fresh and tasty food that gave us a great start to each day. We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the reception team. The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. Small thoughtful touches like this make a big difference. We traveled as a couple and spent our time here almost like a honeymoon. It was a romantic, peaceful, and joyful experience. We rested deeply, felt refreshed, and were completely satisfied with the hotel, the service, and the whole team. We are extremely happy with our stay and can confidently say that we will definitely return. Thank you so much to the entire hotel team — especially Nini — for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. You are doing an outstanding job!"

"The location is next to big mall, the subway is just near by and you can walk directly to the north bund from there. A big disadvantage that the hotel staff does not speak any English, and also the parking 🅿️ was included, but I had an issue to go in and out arguing with the park service guy. The room without window is not really cool comparing with the window one, so would never book that again as it little fresh air. In general, it’s clean and comfortable"

The Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport) is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport) offers a pleasant stay in Shanghai for those traveling for business or leisure. Shanghai Pudong International Airport is located approximately 15km away and Xinzhuang Railway Station around 44km away. This hotel is located near many of Shanghai's attractions including Nanhui Zhuqiaozhen Culture Center, Niuniuduorou Botanical Garden and Haitianhu Park. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Shanghai hotel offers parking on site. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"Before I went, I asked a friend who recommended this place, saying the service was excellent and they offered a shuttle bus to Disneyland. She had stayed at the Pudong Airport branch too. Here's my experience: On the first day, I arrived close to 11 PM. On the way, I called the hotel front desk to ask if they could sign for my takeout. The front desk staff was very nice; they asked for my arrival time and told me I could still catch the hotel's late-night snack (9 PM - 11 PM). The most thoughtful detail was that after the conversation, the staff member would say, 'You can hang up first.' Upon arrival, a staff member accompanied me, helped me get my room card, pushed my luggage to my room, closed the windows, and turned on the air conditioning. In the morning, the hotel has three different shuttle times to Disneyland. I chose an early slot, but it was still a bit rushed, so I didn't have time to sit down for breakfast. The restaurant staff kindly packed it for me – so considerate! On the bus, a guide explained important tips and analyzed the day's park crowd, which was very reassuring and thorough, especially for us first-timers! If needed, there's even a guide service on the shuttle who can help you strategize your day to hit the rides efficiently. When I left in a hurry in the morning, my belongings were scattered everywhere. When I returned, I found my clothes neatly folded. Our toiletries and messy cosmetics were tidied up and placed neatly on the table. A foot bath basin was also prepared and placed in the room. The staff member assisting us was very attentive; she confirmed our plans for the next day, asking if we needed to book the shuttle for Disneyland, the subway station, or Pudong Airport. The shuttle departure times for Pudong Airport really put your mind at ease. The late-night snack was delicious too! Whether checking in or checking out, they always proactively help with luggage, and any issues are patiently resolved. I'm truly satisfied with this stay! It's perfect for both vacations and business trips – definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!"

The hotel has restaurants (Chinese and Japanese), massage, water bar, billiards, table tennis, game consoles and other facilities, which will bring you different travel experiences. Hot spring men and women. Hotel Disneyland shuttle service is provided (please consult the merchant for details).

"We came here for Chinese New Year with family and friends. We booked two rooms back in January, and then added two more later. I was surprised that even during Chinese New Year, there weren't too many people using the hot springs and saunas. Getting here from Chuansha by car was very convenient. We had two family rooms and two king rooms, which were in different areas. The 'twin' rooms are actually the family rooms, suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The first rule upon check-in is to take off your shoes, which makes the whole place feel very clean since everyone is basically barefoot, haha! I've been to hot springs in the city before, but this time was specifically for a Chinese New Year gathering and because it had been a while since I'd done a sauna. My parents were quite happy. Cooking at their place for Chinese New Year can be tiring, so it was much better for everyone to come out and enjoy good food and fun together. Afternoon tea: Not bad at all! Every room gets a complimentary serving. The shuttle service is very convenient for those who need it!"

"Exceptional Front Desk Service That Makes Every Stay Unforgettable[咖啡]During my recent stay at this outstanding property, I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent front desk service from the moment I stepped through the door until the day I checked out. The team of professional, warm, and attentive staff set an incredibly high standard for hospitality, making my entire experience smooth, comfortable, and truly welcoming. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the front desk team was seamless and positive. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and friendly greetings, taking the time to assist with my luggage, explain hotel amenities clearly, and answer all my questions patiently. They were extremely efficient, processing my check-in quickly without rushing me, and even offered thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions that greatly enhanced my trip. What stood out most was their proactive and personalized service. Whenever I needed assistance—whether it was extra toiletries, information about transportation, or a special request during my stay—the front desk team responded promptly and with a can-do attitude. They paid close attention to small details, remembering my preferences and making me feel valued as a guest rather than just a number. Even during busy periods, they remained calm, polite, and focused on providing top-tier service to every visitor. The professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff elevated my stay far beyond my expectations. They embody the true meaning of hospitality: caring, reliable, and dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful time. I never felt neglected or overlooked; instead, I felt well-cared for from start to finish.Without a doubt, this hotel’s front desk service is first-class and one of the best I have ever encountered. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with exceptional, heartfelt service. A huge thank you to the amazing front desk team for making my trip so memorable!"

Hotel near Lujiazui Area,Shanghai
Located amidst the space-age lights and towers of Shanghai's stunning Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, the Pudong Shangri-La offers spectacular views of the Huangpu River, the historic Bund and the surrounding Pudong skyline. The Pudong Shangri-La's two towers offer almost 1,000 deluxe rooms and suites, many of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows that highlight the incredible views and state-of-the-art flat-screen TV entertainment centers for indoor viewing. The Grand Tower epitomizes luxury living, providing outstandingly luxurious and spacious accommodation. The classic River Wing fuses old world elegance with Oriental touches to evoke a cosy and relaxed ambience. The hotel is also home to the Horizon Club, which offers the discerning traveler a higher level of comfort, attention and personalized service. The Shangri-La's dining options are equally luxurious. The 36th floor restaurant, Jade on 36, provides a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, serving up fine French cuisine framed against the Bund views and the-future-is-now panorama. Yi Café earns high marks for its international gourmet buffet and it's thirteen open-view kitchens; Cantonese (Grand Boat), YISEA (Japanese) and Chinese (Gui Hua Lou) cuisines are all on offer. Two fully equipped, state-of-the-art fitness centers boast a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, sauna and steam bath. The large and luxurious Chi, The Spa offers comfortable place to indulge in some restorative therapy—for luxury accommodation on the Pudong side of the Huangpu, the Shangri-La is hard to beat.

"The hotel's facilities, brand philosophy, and service quality don't effectively convey its brand identity. The target audience positioning is unclear, and the follow-up customer service experience was terrible. **Facilities:** Felt pretty average. The hardware is generally good, and you can tell what the layout was like when it was built, but the room design and layout are relatively traditional and a bit outdated. The bathtub 🛁 was a terrible experience; yellow rusty water gushed out of the tap... I was startled and it felt unpleasant. The bed felt like it was pieced together, higher in the middle and lower on the sides, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The worst part was the pillows; they offered no neck support whatsoever, leading to a very poor sleep experience. The air conditioning couldn't be automatically adjusted, only within a range of about 2 degrees. **Cleanliness:** Clean. **Environment:** Average. The view isn't attractive to those familiar with Shanghai and the Huangpu River. **Service:** The worst aspect. From the front desk and lobby coffee shop to breakfast and check-out service, the experience was quite poor. It felt like the hotel staff lacked professional training. This doesn't compare to the Grand Hyatt, let alone the service at star-rated hotels in Tokyo or Seoul, or international hotels on premier island resorts. For example, some services required follow-up, but the staff would just disappear after speaking, with no subsequent follow-up. This felt bad. Breakfast service was terrible, lacking clear instructions and care for special needs guests (some guests have specific dietary requirements, such as food allergies or fitness enthusiasts). When making an omelet, the staff didn't ask about customer preferences at all or explain potential options. After making it, they looked annoyed and said, ”You should have said something earlier.” So, what level of service is it when an omelet chef at a top island resort smiles and asks, ”How would you like your egg cooked?” Or is it that the Shangri-La simply isn't capable of providing such service? A very bad experience! There was no proper queueing system at breakfast; I was clearly first in line, but the eggs were given to an elderly lady? **Check-out:** 1. I asked, ”What do you do if something is damaged?” The staff replied, ”It's fine. The hotel makes enough money, it's not a big deal.” 2. The bill was calculated incorrectly! I only ordered breakfast for one day, but the front desk charged me for two. The staff were generally unprofessional and very impatient... (including their smiles, attitude, and necessary service explanations). **Gym:** Acceptable. **Summary:** Highly doubtful about staying here again."

The Amara Shanghai is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Amara Shanghai offers a pleasant stay in Shanghai for those traveling for business or leisure. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.

"I booked a package at the Amari SPICE Penang through Trip.com. In addition to executive lounge access, it also included a Southeast Asian-style 'hand-grab' meal set (the 'hand-grab' part is a Thai term), served at 'Thai Ying' restaurant on the second floor of the SPICE Arena, which is in the same building as the hotel. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, blending a relaxed bar atmosphere with spacious and comfortable table spacing. Unlike other crowded restaurants where you almost sit back-to-back with other diners, there's plenty of room here. I was truly impressed the moment the food arrived; the extra-large woven serving basket looked much bigger than in the pictures, with more generous portions. It included shredded chicken and vegetable salad, grilled pork neck, crispy fried pork ribs, grilled fish fillets, pineapple seafood 'hand-grab' rice, and fresh fruit. The accompanying milk tea was rich and aromatic, sweet but not cloying, and the Tom Yum soup authentically captured the true Thai flavor. The dining experience was very pleasant, with all the staff providing enthusiastic and proactive service. Rose Zheng, in particular, not only reserved a window seat with a view for us in advance but also thoughtfully brought us complimentary post-meal desserts. Seeing that we couldn't finish all the food due to the generous portions, she proactively offered to pack it up for us. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience."

QQigongziinmodouAfter a long day out, we checked into this hotel. The front desk staff was so thoughtful, offering a warm cup of water and a hot towel as we checked in – it was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since it was quite chilly outside. While checking in, they also told us about their free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful. The next day, I simply asked them to wash my clothes, and to my surprise, they were returned directly to my room, fresh, dried, and smelling wonderful! Even the housekeepers were amazing. Not only is the price incredibly affordable, but this hotel truly sets the bar for hospitality. When we came back in the evening, they even mentioned they had a late-night snack service available until 11 PM, featuring freshly prepared dishes that you could season to your liking – so thoughtful! It wasn't until I had their breakfast the next morning that I truly realized how incredible this hotel is, not just for its service, but also for the care put into everything they offer. The breakfast was spread across several sections, with various types of congee, breads, pastries, fruits, stir-fried dishes, cold dishes, and noodles. There were so many choices, it was almost overwhelming!

NNatalie W.The hotel is in an excellent location near Shanghai Railway Station. Getting a taxi is also very convenient, with easy pick-up and drop-off right outside the entrance. The staff are all very kind and friendly. The room has a cozy, pink-themed decor. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean and hygienic. The tea bags are quite nice! There are a total of four bottles of water, including the bottled water and those in the minibar, which is plenty for making tea! Afternoon tea is served on the second floor (where the front desk is located). The lobby has comfortable seating with good spacing. The afternoon tea offers pastries, fruit bowls, juice, and more – it's pretty good! Breakfast is also on this floor and features a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western. There's even a special station that cooks wontons, noodles, and rice noodles, along with steamed buns and siu mai. Highly recommended! 👍 When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave us a snack gift. Definitely worth recommending!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were really great; one of the male staff even gave me hot mineral water and local specialties when I left. When I couldn't get the hot water to work in my room, a female staff member was quick to help, and they personally delivered my takeaway orders to my room. There's also hot coffee available in the lobby. The hotel's close proximity to the subway is another plus. The only downsides were having to get up early for breakfast to avoid queuing for a table, and there's only one elevator. The room was a bit small and the facilities were older, but it was very clean and quiet. Also, it looked like some of the toiletries had been used, but thankfully I hadn't brought many of my own. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

FfrancesingcA perfect stay, felt right at home! My experience at the Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai, was absolutely wonderful – a definite five-star rating! From the hardware facilities and location to the meticulous service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the top choice for both business trips and leisure getaways. 🏨 Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Pudong, right next to Huamu Road Station on Metro Line 7, making transportation incredibly convenient. For those who frequently attend exhibitions, it's just a short walk to the Shanghai New International Expo Center – you can't beat that convenience! The Kerry Parkside shopping mall is right downstairs, offering a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, making an evening stroll very pleasant. 🛏 Room Environment: We stayed in a room facing Century Park, which offered a very open view. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the room's scenery was truly refreshing. The room's interior decoration was modern and minimalist, spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done, and the toiletries were of good quality. 👩💼 Excellent Service (Special Praise): This was truly the highlight of our stay! From the front desk to the concierge, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly at home. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their efficient and professional check-in process, and for being so enthusiastic. This kind of meticulous care made us feel a warm, home-like welcome the moment we stepped into the hotel. 👨👩👧👦 Family & Facilities: I must commend the Kids' Adventure Zone here! With 700 square meters of play space and three different styles of slides, our child played there for a whole afternoon and didn't want to leave, truly liberating the parents. Kerry Sports is also super spacious with complete facilities, and the indoor heated pool has clean water, providing an excellent experience for guests. In summary, this was a perfect stay that exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Kerry Hotel Pudong, for the wonderful memories. Next time we're in Shanghai, this will definitely be our go-to choice! GGuest UserOur stay at Banyan Tree Shanghai was truly exceptional from start to finish. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary there, and the team made it incredibly special for us. They thoughtfully decorated our room and surprised us with cakes and fruits as a kind gesture. We truly appreciated the effort — it made our celebration even more memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. We especially loved the in-room mini pool — the highlight of our stay was simply relaxing and enjoying a bath while taking in the view. Tales Rooftop Bar was another standout experience. It’s the perfect place to appreciate the stunning city and river views while enjoying drinks. They offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary snacks as well. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. Aside from the buffet selection, guests can also order freshly prepared dishes like noodles and eggs, which are served hot — a wonderful touch. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel valued and were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The overall ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat despite being in a vibrant city like Shanghai. We highly recommend Banyan Tree Shanghai and look forward to returning in the future.

RRukiamiuraThe room was spacious and bright. I called ahead and they even arranged connecting rooms for me and my friend, though we were out early and back late so we didn't get a chance to have the staff open them. I was also touched that they remembered I had stayed before and even gave me a small gift! The early park access (up to 1 hour before opening) was fantastic!

__WeChat299757****I booked the Eastern Suburb Atour Hotel for a business trip as my company is right next to it. It's supposedly under the Hyatt brand, and indeed, major brands prove to be trustworthy. The room was spacious and roomy. When I checked in, I asked the front desk about nearby entertainment, and they recommended 'One Foot Garden' next door, which had a lovely, chic vibe. They have a 24-hour shuttle service; you just need to book it a day in advance, which is very convenient. Because I had meetings, the hotel even extended my check-out to 3 PM, which was very thoughtful.

SsteveyaoThis is an excellent hotel, located right in the heart of Lujiazui. There's an underground passage connecting it to IFC Mall, Super Brand Mall, and the subway. It's been over 20 years since my last stay, and the experience was even better this time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by enthusiastic staff who opened the doors. Check-in was orderly and efficient. The room was clean and a good size, and the facilities were well-maintained, clearly having been renovated. Requests for extra pillows and other amenities were promptly fulfilled. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to fully explore the public facilities. On my check-out day, it was raining, and the concierge had plenty of umbrellas available for loan. Overall, the service was very comfortable – warm and genuine, not artificial. The hotel's views are simply breathtaking. From the room, you can see the Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in Shanghai, and the Huangpu River. It feels like all the high-rise buildings you see from the ground are right at your feet, giving you a sense of grandeur. At night, the vibrant neon lights of the surrounding area are captivating. Highly recommended.

MM2bkpev41****My stay at Guyiju Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From arrival to checkout, every detail demonstrated professional and attentive service, and I can't wait to share my satisfaction. Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage, warmly guiding us to the reception. We didn't have to lift a finger, which immediately eased our travel fatigue. The front desk service was particularly impressive; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. The check-in process—verifying information, entering it into the system, and explaining hotel policies—took less than 5 minutes. When they learned it was our first time in the city, they even pulled out a printed guide to local attractions, detailing must-see spots and local specialty restaurants. They even thoughtfully marked peak travel times to avoid and recommended transportation methods. Their thoughtfulness instantly made us even more excited for our upcoming itinerary. Stepping into the room, my first impression was ”clean and comfortable.” The room was more spacious than I expected, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was neatly made, soft, and skin-friendly, without any odd smells. Even the pillow height was just right. I fell into a deep sleep shortly after lying down, which was incredibly important after our long journey. The room facilities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, the TV had clear picture quality and many channels, and there were thoughtful touches like bottled water and charging outlets, meeting all our daily needs. The bathroom was spotless—the floor and counter were immaculate, and the mirror was sparkling clean without any water stains. The toiletries were custom-branded by the hotel, with a fresh, elegant scent and rich lather, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after showering. The hot water supply was stable, with good water pressure, and the temperature could be precisely adjusted. A comfortable hot shower after a day of sightseeing washed away all the fatigue. Plus, the bathroom also provided disposable toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's breakfast was another delightful surprise. The breakfast restaurant was clean and bright, and all utensils were strictly disinfected, making us feel at ease. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. Chinese options included congee, buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, and various small dishes—the congee was soft and sweet, and the buns had fresh, juicy fillings. Western options like bread, milk, and coffee were also plentiful, and the coffee had a rich flavor. The staff promptly refilled food items to ensure every guest enjoyed fresh meals, and they actively inquired about our needs during dining, providing exceptional service. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, just 3.1 kilometers from the subway, making it convenient to reach various attractions and shopping areas. There are also supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so daily shopping and dining are hassle-free. The surrounding environment is quiet, completely free from external noise, offering a truly pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Guyiju Hotel was perfect. The service, room, dining, and location were all impeccable. If I visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel and recommend it to any friends planning a trip!
