"So as a solo traveler I stayed near the airport because I knew had a lot of suitcases. However I felt the day I arrived the two female staff were very rude and not willing to help at all- also as a hotel where you have guests staying there because they are flying in or out- you know they have a lot of suitcases so they need to provide better services with the suitcase arrangements because where the taxi leaves you to the hotel is a walk and bit only that but the walk is abrubted so you can’t easily move the suitcases around- on the last day the guy employee was truly helpful. But the girls need to be nicer to the clients. The pictures show outside the hotel - is extremely Hard to love the luggage’s around -"

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall environment felt welcoming and nicely kept. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location — it’s very close to the Bund, making it super convenient to explore the main tourist attractions. "This Japanese onsen hotel is super close to Disneyland. After a tiring day, coming back for a hot spring bath is incredibly relaxing, and the free shuttle service is a huge plus for convenience (though the location itself is a bit awkward). You take off your shoes right at the entrance, and walking barefoot throughout the whole facility really amps up that Japanese ambiance. There's a great variety of hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor. After a good soak, heading to the sauna makes it even more comfortable. They also have excellent facilities for families, so kids can easily spend a whole day entertained. While breakfast is simple, it's definitely filling. The only downsides are the slightly poor soundproofing and somewhat dated facilities."

"I had a wonderful stay in a family room for three guests. The service was outstanding, especially when I needed assistance with receiving online shopping deliveries—the hotel staff managed everything efficiently, and all items were safely kept and delivered without any issues. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and amenities consistently replenished. The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main pedestrian street, and there is also a lovely café right across from the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and impressive stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai."

"Quite a distance away from Nanjing street. Takes about 15-20mins walk even though its only 500m+ away. The hotel is at quiet area, good if u prefer somewhere that is not noisy and you will take didi most of the time. But may not be ideal for solo female travellers. Room is quite good-conditioner can ownself adjust (good because some hotels in China are centralised air-conditioning). Cleanliness and condition acceptable because noted that most of hotels in shanghai are old buildings, but not sure why there was always water leaking out under the toilet sink area which is a minus point for me-floor was wet all the time. And got one day the staff came in clean up my room even though I put ‘do not disturb’. I noticed it when my towel was changed and my dustbin was empty even though my bed still remained in same condition. Will consider other hotel to stay in if I ever go Shanghai again. Reception staffs generally are nice (however was told to only leave 5 star reviews when they passed me little gift before I leave. I rejected the gift and said I will not do so then she said I can keep the gift but not to put reviews if is not 5 stars lolll) But this will be my honest review for this hotel for everyone to take note."

"The location is fantastic, right on Nanjing Road, making it super easy to catch a taxi right outside and perfect for shopping. Our room was in a separate area, which was wonderfully quiet and ensured a good night's sleep. You do have to walk up a short flight of stairs, but the customer service was excellent; they proactively helped us with our luggage. The bed was really comfortable, adjustable, and even had a massage function. The complimentary drinks in the room were a thoughtful touch too."

"I wonder if all kids are like this – they might happily embrace all the eating, drinking, and playing during a trip, but they always show immense enthusiasm for 'staying in a hotel.' This time, to celebrate our child's special birthday, we compared many options, especially considering value for money, and finally chose 'Yunhe Yepo Pudong Airport Store.' This stay turned out to be a wonderful memory. The day before check-in, a hotel staff member proactively called to confirm the reservation and added us on WeChat. They were incredibly meticulous, inquiring about everything from our itinerary to our specific check-in needs. Honestly, I've stayed in many hotels, big and small, and this was the first time I encountered such thoughtful service. What surprised us even more was that when the hotel learned it was our little one's birthday, they secretly prepared a birthday cake, meticulously decorated the room, and even gave her cute little dolls. This sudden surprise made our daughter's princess dream perfectly come true on her birthday. She happily bounced and jumped around the room in her princess dress, and that pure joy was our biggest reward from this trip. We were very relaxed on this trip, not rushing to tick off Disney attractions, but rather going to enjoy this 'wonderful' experience. Since we had backpacks, we also rented a double stroller from the hotel, which was convenient and saved us effort. There was a deposit for the rental, which was refunded when we returned the stroller – a clear process. We bought some snacks in advance, like sausages, biscuits, pork jerky... anything the child liked and that was easy to carry (of course, durian, instant noodles, and self-heating foods are not allowed). Perhaps there weren't many people in the park that day, so even playing casually, we still got to experience attractions like rafting, paddle boats, Soaring Over the Horizon, and climbing, which was very rewarding. In the evening, the fireworks show arrived as scheduled. The brilliant fireworks bloomed in the night sky, very exquisite and perfect. Our daughter watched intently, her face beaming with a happy smile. After the fireworks, the hotel shuttle bus was waiting promptly at the designated spot to take us back. Upon returning to the hotel, complimentary supper and foot-soaking buckets were already prepared, and the day's fatigue instantly melted away. The children were very satisfied with this hotel experience and had a particularly happy stay. Yunhe Yepo Hotel not only provided us with comfortable accommodation but also added a significant touch to our daughter's birthday with its attentive service. Next time we come to Shanghai, we will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"What I loved most about my stay at this hotel was its fantastic location – super convenient for getting around and shopping! It's just a 300-meter walk from Nanjing East Road Metro Station; you literally turn a corner after exiting the subway and you're there. No unnecessary detours, which made exploring Shanghai by metro and carrying luggage a breeze. It's right next to the MixC World on Suzhou Creek, only a few minutes' walk away. You can find dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place. In the evenings, you can even stroll along Suzhou Creek and soak in the riverside charm of this vibrant city. Getting to People's Square was also incredibly easy, thanks to its proximity and good road conditions. Whether walking or taking a short ride, you get there quickly. Reaching popular spots like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and The Bund was equally smooth, perfectly suiting all our travel needs. The front desk service was definitely a bonus. The staff were warm, attentive, and efficient during check-in. They patiently answered all our questions, providing detailed and thoughtful service that made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The prime location coupled with top-notch service makes this hotel a perfect choice for both tourism and business trips to Shanghai. The value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it!"

"Our family stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect close to Middle Huaihai Road station, and we enjoyed taking a pleasant stroll over to West Nanjing Road. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room features were top-notch, including individual air conditioning control and an automatic smart toilet. While there is no formal breakfast, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, popcorn, and soda, which was a lovely touch. The staff is truly the highlight of this place. They went above and beyond to help us with everything. A special shout-out to the young lady working the night shift she was incredible! She helped me order diapers and navigated the process until it was successful, using a translator to communicate with me throughout. I was so touched by her dedication. Some staff members also speak English, which made our stay much easier. Inside the room, the TV had great channels that kept my daughter entertained with cartoons, and the sound system was absolutely superb one of the best I’ve experienced. We definitely made the right choice staying here. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return. Trust me, you will love it here!"

"I had a really great stay at the Shanghai Bund Riverside Treasury Hotel. The location was honestly one of my favorite parts it’s super convenient and close to the Bund, so getting around and exploring the city was really easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the overall design it felt stylish but still cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was well maintained, and the little details made a difference. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay feel more welcoming. They were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the soundproofing could be a bit better, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, well located, and modern in Shanghai. I’d happily stay here again ✨"
