🇲🇴 Christmas! Stunning high-rise views~ Feeling blissful again!
No need to brave the crowds this Christmas! Had a fantastic three-day, two-night stay at the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel – even a lazy person can enjoy a luxurious experience here!
We stayed in the Pure Gold (Treasure Island) Lake View Room this time. The room offered expansive views, directly facing the Macau Tower. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom came with a bathtub and dual sinks!
✅ The hotel's infinity pool and gym are on the second floor.
The pool directly faces the Macau Tower. With the sunset, any photo you take captures a stunning 'orange sea' vista. Plus, it's a heated pool all year round, so you can enjoy a swim even in winter! The gym is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, equipped with various fitness machines to meet different workout needs!
✅ YOHO Treasure Island Mall has everything: shopping, dining, and entertainment!
From trendy brand boutiques to imported supermarkets, from Pop Mart blind boxes to Bona Cineplex – you can spend a whole day downstairs! Here are my recommended spots:
1️⃣ Blooom Coffee
This is a popular网红 coffee shop. Their special Christmas month coffee ☕️ paired with the giant outdoor apple 🍎 filled me with a sense of peace and healing ☁️.
2️⃣ Five Guys American Fast Food
Customize your fries dipping sauces and enjoy their classic beef burgers – a heaven for fast-food lovers! Made fresh!! Seriously juicy~.
3️⃣ South Beauty
A must-visit if you love Sichuan cuisine! You can also try their Macau-exclusive Cantonese dim sum!
4️⃣ POP MART
Macau-exclusive IP check-in spot, with a 'Molly' experience area and hidden edition figures. I even got the Star Man I wanted!
5️⃣ Bona International Cineplex
The 'Starry Sky' theater is super beautiful, with a large screen and stunning sound effects. The visuals are clear and lifelike, providing an immersive experience!
🎄 The hotel had a super festive Christmas atmosphere.
Christmas trees and apple decorations were everywhere, making for endless photo opportunities. There were also 'snowfall' performances in the outdoor area on:
Every Saturday
December 24th (Christmas Eve)
December 25th (Christmas Day)
December 31st (New Year's Eve Countdown)

Plus, hotel guests get free parking! Other visitors get 3 hours free, with additional time for spending.
This is an older hotel, but it's still very well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere by foot or shuttle. It's my favorite hotel when I come to Macau.
We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.
This hotel is quite old, with a very vintage feel and a strong sense of history.~~
Facilities: Average, generally quite old. I was particularly unhappy with the hairdryer; it was stuck in a drawer, couldn't be pulled out, and was tethered by a cord, making it incredibly difficult to use. It's not like I'm going to steal a hairdryer, it's not even valuable...
Hygiene: Decent.
Environment: Close to Fisherman's Wharf, overall pretty good.
Service: The front desk staff were quite cold, making me wait until well after 3 PM for check-in. I don't think I'll be returning.
The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, which I was very pleased with. The front desk service was attentive and warm, and they even provided special amenities for children. Cynthia also gave the kids Christmas gifts. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for both shopping and dining!
Great hotel with an excellent location and service.
The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. Jockey Club metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. All the famous casinos can be reached within a few minutes by bus.
The view from the room is very nice — you can even see Zhuhai. Taipa ferry port and the airport are also not far, which is very convenient.
The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. All our requests were handled promptly, and the reception kindly allowed us to check out one hour later than the official time. thanks to Charles for helping us with the shuttle bus schedules.
I had a very satisfying stay overall. My only minor regret was not getting upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, but I was given a high-floor room, specifically room 073, which offered a beautiful sunrise view 🌅, so that was also great. The mini-bar in the room was complimentary, and there were many dining options available on the hotel's ground floor. Right in front of the hotel, there's a bus stop with numerous routes, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is located right next to The Parisian, so you can easily walk to see the Eiffel Tower.
This was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace, and I was very satisfied. The hotel room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The sofa bed in the room could also be opened up. Baby toiletries and bed rails were provided. The heated pool was also very comfortable and clean. There's New Yaohan on the second floor for shopping and dining. It's also convenient to walk to other hotels. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel is also a ten-minute walk from the Light Rail, making it easy to visit other hotels. It's a fantastic choice for families traveling with children!
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. There's a bus stop nearby, plenty of attractions, and tons of great food options. The front desk service was excellent, especially Delia Zika Wilson. They also offer free luggage storage after check-out, which is really handy if you want to explore the area further. I didn't get to experience the rooftop this time, but I'll definitely be back to check it out on my next visit!
So incredibly satisfied! Traveling with a two-and-a-half-year-old was completely stress-free! The hotel room was spacious, and the complimentary extra bed was also large. They offered free stroller service, and the kids' play area was like a kindergarten – my child didn't want to leave! There's also a swimming pool and spa. The Ruins of St. Paul's and the Science Center are nearby. The hotel is right next to Sands, and it's convenient to get anywhere by shuttle bus, taxi, or public bus. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the hotel's restaurants were delicious too! I've already recommended it to my friends with kids!

NNanjingmouzhiThe overall experience at New Orient Landmark Hotel in Macau was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The front desk and customer service staff were all very friendly, efficient, and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel's location is also great, with convenient access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. The facilities are well-maintained, and attention to detail is evident, which made for a very reassuring stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

MM371059****Stayed one night in Macau. The hotel location was quite easy to find, and public transport was very convenient. The facilities were also excellent, exceeding my expectations. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs. I'll definitely come back again!
QQiguaiaicaideshanyaoGalaxy is really great for families with kids. The environment is excellent, and the room details and amenities are top-notch. They provide Bulgari toiletries, and the toothbrushes, razors, and slippers are all of high quality and very comfortable. The front desk staff is very professional and responsive to requests. I booked the room last minute for my child's birthday and only asked upon check-in if they could decorate the room a bit. They immediately handled it for me and even gave me Mid-Autumn Festival chocolate desserts. The hotel's kids' club has a great environment and plenty of activities, and the Grand Resort Deck is fun and incredibly photogenic—highly recommended! There are also many delicious dining options downstairs, making it super convenient to stay here with great food and shopping.
MM44077****The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms are well-equipped and complete, and the hygiene is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The lobby staff provided great service, a definite thumbs up! 👍
I would choose this hotel again next time.
1112095****Convenient location with complimentary airport shuttle service if you book in advance. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and they also offer free shuttle rides. Dining is easy too; the hotel breakfast is good, and their bread is delicious. You can even get a discount if you buy it before checking out. The price is also very reasonable.
MMiqibuqiI was 19 when I bravely decided to travel solo to Macau, across provinces! It's been over ten days since I got back and I finally remembered to leave a review 🥰 Since I booked a hotel, I never worried about safety, and the people of Macau are lovely 🥰 The hotel has a retro vibe with warm lighting; turning on just two lamps at night was perfect for sleeping. Both check-in and luggage storage were handled by dedicated staff who were very enthusiastic 🥰 P1 shows the hotel exterior, and directly opposite the hotel (P5) is New Yaohan. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and you don't even need to bring a charger or adapter – the rooms are equipped. The hotel room was just as spacious as a standard double room, though the door on the wall in P7 was a bit puzzling. The bus stop is a short walk up from the Grand Lisboa. For navigation in Macau, Gaode Maps (Amap) works perfectly. I downloaded a couple of special apps for my trip planning on Xiaohongshu (🍠): one for bus stops 🚌 that was utterly confusing and not as good as Gaode, and another for tourist route planning that only showed routes but couldn't provide real-time navigation. In the end, I just wandered around freely, as the attractions were all quite close. Oh, and the Macau patacas I exchanged at the border were mostly useless; I spent them all on souvenirs at the Ruins of St. Paul's. Otherwise, I used WeChat Pay for everything (even the bus 🚌). You can even convert currency with WeChat Pay (there are guides on 🍠). Don't worry about data – the hotel has free Wi-Fi. And one more thing, the front desk ladies were very gentle and kind 🥰
