This was my first time staying at a hotel in Macau, and it was a great experience. There's a shuttle from the Border Gate that gets you close to the hotel, so even with luggage, you can arrive gracefully. All the nearby attractions are within walking distance: Senado Square is about an 8-minute walk, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are about 15 minutes away. Saving on taxi fares meant more money for souvenirs, which was fantastic! It's clear this hotel focuses on creating a peaceful, high-quality stay. The room felt incredibly spacious, with automatic curtains, a TV, a large bathtub, and a double vanity. Other facilities like the gym and pool are free to use for guests. Even in winter, you can soak in the hot tub while watching the sunset – every picture you take will look like an Instagram-worthy shot. The gym has a superb view; working out while enjoying the beautiful scenery puts you in a great mood! The hotel also has the Swan Lake Restaurant, so I just had brunch there when I didn't want to go too far, and the food really suited my taste. Overall, paying for the upgrade was definitely worth it and lived up to my expectations.
I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.
Highly recommend! First off, the facilities are excellent. The communal area on the second floor has a laundry room (¥50 for one wash and dry cycle), a fridge, an oven, and more. It's super convenient for breastfeeding moms who need to freeze milk.
Secondly, the staff are incredibly thoughtful. I was staying with my newborn, and once the front desk noticed, they immediately offered to pause ongoing renovations for half a day so my baby could rest peacefully, which was a huge help.
Finally, the room was spotless and very new. There were four types of pillows to choose from, and the bed was supportive yet soft. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent; it wasn't noisy at all. Even as someone who has trouble sleeping in new places, I fell asleep instantly – fantastic!
A big thank you to Delia and Ying for their warm assistance. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
The place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. There’s a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay.
I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.
Huge thanks to the hotel! My child's passport went missing, and we suspected it might have fallen into the sofa crevice in our room. We nervously called the hotel, and from the initial contact to their feedback, it took about 40 minutes. They even reminded us that international calls might be blocked and advised us to call back in two hours, regardless of whether we'd heard anything. The response was prompt, and it was convenient to go back to the hotel to pick it up; the front desk staff even helped retrieve it. The service feedback was timely. Check-in was also very quick. And the Ferris wheel was amazing!
This stay was truly a more-than-five-star experience! When I booked this hotel, I thought it would be a typical hotel, but to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations after checking in. If I ever come to Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel!
**Facilities:** I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony that offered direct ocean views – the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's really hard to find a hotel with a balcony in Macau. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub, and there's even a sauna in the changing rooms, so you can fully enjoy yourself even in winter! The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious, making you feel like you're living in a palace, and the facilities all seem well-maintained.
**Breakfast:** Breakfast is served at the hotel's Parisian restaurant and is a buffet with a diverse selection. You can also order noodles, sandwiches, and omelets made to order on the spot, and they taste pretty good. What's more, they even offer ice cream for breakfast, which is really special! If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of 'cha chaan teng' (local diners) and other restaurants just across the road, some even open 24 hours!
**Transportation:** The hotel is located right in Fisherman's Wharf, particularly close to Casino Oceanus and Sands, so you can take their shuttle buses from Gongbei Port to get near the hotel. There's also a bus stop not far from the hotel, so transportation is incredibly convenient. If you need a taxi, the hotel concierge can even help you call one.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very warm, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home!
Traveling with two adults and one child, we opted for a twin room with two 1.2-meter single beds. It was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just seven or eight stops on bus number 1 from Gongbei Port. Right outside the hotel, you'll find Rua de Cinco de Outubro, and it's a short walk to Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Monte Fort, allowing you to explore the old town on foot. Getting to Taipa Island by bus is also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was great, and they didn't charge for our child. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's all perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended!
I just reviewed the hotel, but forgot to mention the excellent service. There was absolutely no neglect. Although the front desk staff's Mandarin wasn't perfect, they made a genuine effort to communicate and were very helpful to guests. Even during the busy Chinese New Year, the service remained great, and they always greeted us with a smile.
The room was very clean, and it was a huge plus that our ten-year-old could get an extra bed for free. Their Chinese restaurant serves delicious dim sum at lunch, and they are very friendly towards seniors and children. Seniors even get a discount on orders.
It was very convenient to take the shuttle to Sands. The hotel's pool was also nice. It's very close to the Golden Lotus Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Grand Prix Museum, and public transport to Taipa and the Ruins of St. Paul's is also quite convenient.
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
A short transfer by shuttle takes you to the lesser known Island of Coloane, Macau. Here you can find an Enchanted and Tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the Casino strips.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by the Friendly staff, and 'Sai' made our book-in process comfortable and smooth. Our room was Beach facing, and hearing the ocean waves rolling onto the beach was a perfect start to a well deserved rest.
The hotel provides a range of restaurants with mouth watering choices, from Japanese style, Traditional Chinese or Portuguese magic, that said the Stone Oven baked Pizza with a Mango Crush was a winner!
An indoor pool with a jacuzzi quickly provided relaxation and a blissful step to a good night's rest. From there a Buffet of first class standards greeted us in the morning! Delicious, absolutely delicious! Don't forget to include breakfast with your stay. From there we took the shuttle (SJM shuttle services are free) , at no charge, to Macau for many more Adventures!
Well done Grand Coloane Resort, Muito obrigado!

GGuest UserThe location is great! It's only a 3-minute walk to Wynn to see the Tree of Prosperity, and the shuttle bus right outside the hotel can take you to other hotels you want to visit. Grand Lisboa is an 8-minute walk away, where you can see the big diamond show. The Ruins of St. Paul's are also not far; we walked there too. For Macau, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

HHelenjiejieyaI've stayed at The Venetian four times over the past decade, but after this last visit, I honestly don't think I'll go back. The suites are large, but definitely showing their age. I constantly felt like I was walking on dusty carpets. Service was practically non-existent, except for a handsome guy who helped with luggage at the car park entrance – big shout out to him for the help! After that, it was pretty much self-service. I get it, the hotel is huge and there are tons of people, so it's probably standard operating procedure. What really bothered me was that the Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor have become a tourist attraction, so it's incredibly crowded, even in the lobby, and just super noisy. This time, I took some time to check out other hotels, and their environments were so much more pleasant. Even their casinos didn't have that smoky, grimy feel that The Venetian's does. If you like a lively atmosphere or haven't experienced a split-level suite before, it might be worth trying once, but it's not worth a second visit.
LLENA LENOREThe hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
TTiffany_xuThe hotel room facilities are well-maintained, and the service is excellent. It's very family-friendly with a kids' play area, perfect for traveling with children – my baby had a great time! The shopping mall downstairs is super convenient, and Taipa Village is just a five-minute walk away. I'll definitely come back again.
AAnonymous UserThe Executive Rooms on the 8th and 9th floors are definitely worth staying in. I stayed on the 9th floor last time. Even though there was a small surcharge, the rooms are newer and have bedside outlets. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are generally very helpful and answer all your questions. If anything was missing from the room, housekeeping would bring it right up. After checking out, the hotel even called to say I'd left my wallet in the room – I'm so grateful! Luckily, I had time to go back and retrieve it. Ivy at the front desk was particularly impressive; she was very efficient.
GGuest UserTrue to its reputation as an established five-star hotel, it was an excellent stay! The bellboy proactively helped with my luggage, and the service was very warm and friendly. They even gave me a free room upgrade! Every staff member I encountered would nod and greet me, and also reminded me about steps. My non-smoking room didn't have any smoke smell, and it was very clean. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the hallway wasn't particularly great. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 😊
QqueenliuI forgot my dad had quit smoking, and at the time I requested one smoking room and one non-smoking room. Considering second-hand smoke isn't good, they happened to have a larger room available and upgraded us. The front desk also prioritized getting the room ready for my elder family member so we could drop off our luggage. The other room was ready exactly at 3 PM as promised. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, had a king-size bed, a window, and was quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit Grand Lisboa, Senado Square, A-Ma Temple, and the Hac Sa Market. I hope to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Macau!
