The Venetian Macao

The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian are all connected, making it huge to explore. It's also connected to the Four Seasons. If you're into shopping, you'll probably find everything you want. A great place to experience a lavish, glittering lifestyle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We bought tickets for a gondola ride, which lasted about ten minutes and was a nice experience. I originally thought it would go outdoors, but it actually takes place on an indoor artificial canal on the third floor.

The Venetian Macao is a fantastic hotel! The lobby is incredibly grand and stunning, creating an immersive atmosphere. With its canals, gondola rides, and European-style architecture, it truly feels like a vacation in Venice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. I especially want to commend Rosie and Valentina for promptly helping guests with any issues. Also, a big thank you to the hardworking porter who enthusiastically helped us with our numerous bags all the way to the bus station!

The room was clean and quiet, not noisy at all unlike some of the reviews suggested. It was very spacious and great for a family gathering. Most importantly, Ms. Lily at the front desk was a huge help to us. We had three rooms in total with different check-in and check-out dates, and by mistake, one of them was checked out prematurely. Thanks to Lily's persistent communication with the housekeeping department, she finally got everything sorted out smoothly. We are truly grateful.

It was very convenient staying at The Venetian Macao for the NBA China Games. The hotel environment is fantastic. Special thanks to July at the front desk for her exceptional service—she was extremely professional, warm, thorough, and attentive.

The room was exceptionally large, making the stay very spacious and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, which I was very happy with. Special thanks to Michael and Winson—they were fantastic, provided warm and enthusiastic service, and even gave a small welcome gift upon check-in, which was such a heartwarming touch. Overall, it was a great experience. I would consider staying here again next time and will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Clean and hygienic, the room was the largest I've ever stayed in at a hotel, offering great value for money. I missed out on the pool; I only discovered how beautiful it was on the day I left. The shopping mall is huge. If you're only staying one day, I'd recommend just staying here and not going anywhere else. The food selection is diverse.

I always love this hotel. The Venetian Macao is well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. The service is also meticulous and thoughtful, with attention to detail from check-in at the front desk to check-out. Especially Jenny (Ms. Xu) at the front desk, her service was excellent, and her Mandarin was very fluent. Seeing children among the guests, she thoughtfully gave them cookies and candy, which made the children very happy.
