My two-day trip to Yangzhou was made special by my stay at this hotel. I had requested a quiet room, and the hotel upgraded me from the 'Shanyue' (Mountain View) to the 'Shuiyue' (Water View) building. I didn't hear any announcements from the Qiyuan restaurant during breakfast, which was great. The Shanyue building would be lovely in spring with its lush greenery. The Shuiyue room overlooked the sunken sofa area. It wasn't as large as rooms in Building 18, but the overall experience was still very good. Bulgari toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a welcome fruit platter were all standard. There was a bathtub, but bath bags weren't provided – you need to ask for them. We received hot spring tickets but didn't get a chance to use them. Turndown service was available, and you could choose your 'goodnight' amenity via their WeChat official account. I opted for a 'mystery box' but it was forgotten, so I had to call the front desk later to have it delivered. A big thank you to the auntie who delivered our order late at night! Each room gets two Häagen-Dazs ice cream scoops. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food was tasty, especially the San Ding Bao – absolutely delicious! The lemon tart was also amazing; I haven't had dessert in a while, and this really impressed me. We originally planned to visit Slender West Lake on our second day, but we couldn't wake up early enough, and by the time we went later, it was packed with people. So, we decided to just explore the hotel instead. The hotel is actually part of Slender West Lake, and you can see parts of it from the hotel grounds. It was quite pleasant to walk around and avoid the crowds. The front desk also provides feed for the koi and swans, so we took the shuttle between buildings to feed the little animals. At check-out, I even customized a room card to keep as a souvenir. My only regret was not being able to celebrate my birthday at the Mountain Restaurant because I didn't make a reservation in advance.
My two-day Yangzhou trip didn't involve many planned activities, mostly just city walks through a few streets. But those streets were so crowded, taxis were hard to get, and shared electric bikes were either broken or out of battery – I was exhausted! The best part was definitely relaxing at the hotel. The hotel experience was a perfect 100! I'd love to come back again.

The room is located within the scenic area, right by the river. The owner was super nice, picked us up at the entrance of the scenic area, and even helped with our luggage. The proprietress recommended a great restaurant and a fantastic sightseeing route. We'll definitely stay here again next time. When we left, the proprietress even gave our child some snacks!

We’ve been traveling through China for nearly a month, so pulling up to the Pan Pacific Suzhou felt like a sudden shift—it is a massive, distinctly Western-style property.
The environment is truly lovely. The gardens, especially the Pan Men scenic area right next door, are a total highlight and provide such a peaceful setting. Inside, the hotel is grand and spacious, with a fantastic breakfast buffet that strikes a great balance between traditional Chinese and Western options.
However, the sheer scale of the place makes it feel a bit impersonal. It’s so spread out that I actually found it confusing to navigate the hallways. Also, be aware that you are pretty isolated here; you’ll need a taxi to get to almost anywhere of interest in the city.
I was also disappointed by the room amenities. For a hotel of this caliber, it was strange to find no coffee machine and an empty mini-bar—it felt like a missing touch.
Overall, I’m giving it 5 stars because there wasn’t anything actually wrong with our stay; everything was clean and well-maintained, but it definitely lacked that cozy, personal atmosphere I usually prefer.

The resort's overall environment and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, with a very comfortable Jiangnan-style (Southern China) aesthetic. We stayed in a private hot spring villa with a well-designed layout and excellent privacy. It's pet-friendly, and although they charged a 300 RMB fee, our dog had a great time.
The private hot spring requires two hours to fill in advance, and the staff taught us how to heat it, which was a good experience. However, they didn't show us how to drain it, and when we asked the next day, we were told, 'We already taught you yesterday,' which was a bit… *cringes*.
Drawbacks: I've stayed in similar types of accommodations at this price point, but the service here wasn't as professional by comparison; there's room for improvement. The facilities are a bit dated (TV, air conditioning, water dispenser), the curtains were inconvenient to use, and the bathrobes seemed old. The check-in process wasn't very clear, and the public hot spring was crowded and not very clean.
Overall, the good outweighs the bad. The environment and private hot spring are big plusses, making it suitable for a relaxing getaway.

The most, most, most recommended hotel in Suzhou! The young men and women at the front desk were all so gentle and thoughtful, always noticing what we needed. I really love the atmosphere here – it's so quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean, and the facilities were complete, even including a projector! The cleaning auntie was also very enthusiastic, helping us check what needed restocking. When it rained, they even prepared umbrellas for us. They even prepared drinks for us at check-out, in case we got thirsty on the road. This hotel deserves 5 stars!

Location: Unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown. The surrounding commercial area is very developed, and transportation is super convenient. The subway is just two steps away, and it's easy to get a taxi right to the building entrance! Getting anywhere is a breeze.
Service: Very good. Whatever we needed was delivered very quickly, and communication via WeChat was smooth with prompt replies!
Facilities: Pretty good. The room is very spacious with two large beds. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and the bathroom design is a bit inconvenient. Taller people will find the shower cramped. Also, there was a noticeable odor from the toilet.

Centrally located in Xinjiekou, this hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get around and perfect for shopping! The service is incredibly attentive; Manager Fang from the VIP hotline provided professional and meticulous service with a warm and thoughtful demeanor. She was proactive and thorough throughout, always responding and following up on every detail. Before my stay, Ms. Fang noticed from my social media that I was traveling with a baby and thoughtfully left a message saying she would arrange for children's amenities. These small touches truly made me feel at home at Jinling Hotel, showcasing their high-quality service and leaving a lasting impression. The concierge was also very polite and helpful with luggage. Jinling Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays!

Staying at Andu Hotel during my Suzhou vacation truly gave me the slow-paced江南 (Jiangnan) lifestyle I'd dreamed of. Tucked away in the ancient city's lanes, the hotel offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, with windows opening up to the vibrant scenes of everyday Jiangnan life. The room was bright and elegant, a blend of natural wood and light gray, bathed in warm, healing sunlight. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful, undisturbed night's sleep away from any noise. Shāntáng Street is just a short walk away, offering picturesque canals, ancient alleys, and delicious local food right at your fingertips. The staff were gentle, friendly, and provided naturally attentive service. Here, you can truly slow down and soak in the gentle charm and beauty of Gusu.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows were a pleasant surprise, offering an expansive view and excellent natural light – it was incredibly comfortable with the sun streaming in during the day. The large bathtub in the room was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable soak. The smart home controls were very convenient; I could easily manage the lights and curtains. I particularly loved the projector, it really set the mood for watching movies in bed at night. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, with a thoughtful and meticulous attitude, making the entire check-in process very pleasant. Overall, it offers great value for money, a quiet and comfortable environment suitable for both relaxation and small gatherings. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
The room has a separate wet and dry area, it's clean, and the new hotel environment is quite good. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, are very enthusiastic, quick to solve problems, and helped with our luggage. We'll definitely choose this hotel when we come to Nanjing again. We wished we could have stayed longer!

KKok Hong GanI had a wonderful stay at this homestay at 平江路. The location is very strategic, with easy access to many attractions, shops, and food spots, making it very convenient to explore the area.
The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and the host went above and beyond to help me. They quickly coordinated with the driver and handled everything until my phone was safely returned.
I really appreciate the extra effort and care, it made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host!

Wwl****The location is fantastic, right inside the ancient town. You can get in for free after 5 PM. Plus, after breakfast the next day, you can tour Shen Hall and Zhang Hall for free. The value for money is just incredible! They even provide a bath kit in the room, which is a really thoughtful touch. Big thumbs up, highly recommend!
GGuest UserStumbled upon this hotel, saw the price was good, so I booked it.
Only found out upon check-in that this is the tallest building in Wuxi. The subway station is right downstairs, and Xiao Lou Alley is just across the street. Getting around is super convenient.
The hotel's ground-floor entrance isn't very obvious; I walked around a bit before finding it and initially thought it was an office building lobby. I went in and asked, and that's when I learned the hotel's front desk is on the 43rd floor. Taking the express elevator made my ears pop a bit.
The room was great, the view was nice, and it was clean. The complimentary soft drinks from the minibar for Trip.com members and the welcome fruit from the hotel were a thoughtful touch.
I had read reviews mentioning poor soundproofing and was worried it might affect my sleep, but it turned out to be very quiet.
Check-out was also very fast; I just handed in the room card and left.
Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!
RRemilyWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

🚪Check-in Experience: Check-in was surprisingly fast! The staff were incredibly attentive and proactively upgraded our room!
✅The room's layout is unique; you take an elevator to the 45th floor, then switch to a private elevator to your room – it adds a real sense of occasion!
-
🔖Room amenities are top-notch: biodegradable Julius Meinl coffee capsules, a Bose sound system, a Dyson hairdryer – every detail is well thought out! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the panoramic floor-toceiling windows offer an absolutely stunning view from the 67th floor. You get an unobstructed view of Xuanwu Lake and the city skyline, and you can watch Nanjing's sunrise and sunset right from your bed 🌇

🍴HORIZON CAFÉ All-Day Dining on the 45th Floor
The breakfast buffet is divine! There's such a wide variety it's hard to choose:
✅Chinese food lovers rejoice: freshly made Nanjing-style duck blood and vermicelli soup, various noodles, stir-fries, congee and soups, as well as fried dough sticks, steamed buns, and dim sum – it's like a taste of old Nanjing.
✅Western food fans will be satisfied: toast, desserts, salads, cold cuts, and freshly ground coffee.
✅There are also fried foods, miso soup, fried rice, and many other options – you could eat from morning until noon without having the same thing twice!
🌇Observation Deck on the 45th Floor
Head straight to the observation deck after breakfast! The expansive terrace offers panoramic views, allowing you to take in both the bustling prosperity of Nanjing city and the tranquil beauty of Xuanwu Lake. When the sun shines, it's perfect for photos, every shot looks like a masterpiece 📸
If you're visiting Nanjing during the Qingming holiday, choosing this hotel is definitely the right decision! The high-altitude views, attentive service, and amazing breakfast truly elevate the happiness of your Nanjing trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝

HHsdonggeThe hotel is spacious and very clean. It's conveniently located next to Vientiane City, making dining and shopping easy. The subway station is also right nearby, which is great for getting around. It's really suitable for both business trips and tourism. The service was excellent too; since we were a family of three, the hotel proactively offered an extra breakfast, which was a very thoughtful touch!

MMiyangdejiyiI brought my mom to Suzhou and this hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by a commercial district, so food and shopping are super convenient. Plus, there's the Xuanmiao Temple, which dates back to the Western Jin Dynasty, right there.
The hotel offers a free qipao experience, which was perfect for taking photos while exploring the various gardens.
They also have delivery robots, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout – incredibly convenient!
What I loved most was the big bathtub in the room. After a day of traveling, a nice hot bath was wonderfully relaxing. At first, I thought there were no disposable tub liners, so I even ordered some extra ones. But then, it seemed the cleaning staff noticed I was using the tub, because every day they started leaving a tub liner next to it! Also, I initially thought they didn't provide shower caps, but after checking out, I found out you just have to ask for them...
