"The room was spacious, and the airport pick-up service was a thoughtful touch. For 200, it also included a delicious breakfast buffet. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, with unlimited pick-ups at any time. The front desk staff even kindly added me on WeChat for quick responses.
The shampoo was really good, lol.
It's close to the airport, and if you're worried about airplane noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs.

"This was a splendid experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, minimalistic, and exceptionally clean. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bed and pillows are honestly to die for — some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel.
The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the treatments we received were out of this world. The whole hotel has a wonderful sense of peace and serenity. Every day, the staff brought oils and incense to our room, which was such a lovely touch and made the room smell divine.
The food was another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a great mix of Western and Asian cuisine and plenty of choices, so there really is something for everyone. The pool area is also beautiful. Some of the sunbeds could perhaps use an update and a little more cleaning, but this didn’t really affect our experience, especially as the large, fresh towels provided covered them completely.
The service, however, is what made the stay particularly memorable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Kira, who helped us with absolutely everything — from booking our dinner table and explaining where to find things, to helping us take advantage of promotions and arranging a late check-out. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. I would also like to mention Liu from the spa, who was equally wonderful. Liu helped recommend the right treatments for us and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout our visit.
The only downside for me — and this is not really the hotel’s fault — was the number of families allowing children to scream, run around, or ride small bikes and scooters through common areas, including the dining hall and reception. Considering how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere of the hotel otherwise is, I would appreciate slightly stricter rules regarding behaviour in shared spaces so that all guests can enjoy that sense of calm.
Overall, I will absolutely be back. I left feeling as though I had completely reset both my brain and my body, which is exactly what I wanted from this stay. A beautiful, relaxing experience that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a proper escape."

"I chose Aoki Yingyin Hotel for a solo vacation to relax and completely recover from work fatigue, and my solo stay experience was perfect. The hotel offers excellent privacy, making it a safe choice for solo female travelers. The room design is simple and soothing, spotlessly clean, with every corner tidied and no unpleasant odors. The bedding is cloud-soft, and there are both soft and firm pillows available for replacement as needed, significantly improving sleep quality.
The core feature, the giant screen projection, was a source of solo happiness. The 4K high-definition picture paired with cinema-quality sound allowed me to cozy up in bed to watch blockbusters and binge-watch trending series. The immersive experience far surpassed watching TV at home. Screen mirroring from my phone was simple, with a full range of variety shows, anime, and movies available without needing extra subscriptions. The smart lighting throughout the room could be switched to a dim movie-watching mode with just one tap, creating a fantastic ambiance.
The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the thermostatic shower provides a gentle flow, and the toiletries have a subtle, elegant scent, indicating good quality. The high-speed internet was stable; I could stream shows and videos without any buffering. The mini-bar offered free drinking water.
The front desk service was gentle, and check-in was quick without excessive intrusion. Online communication was responsive for any needs. The soundproofing was excellent, blocking out external noise and allowing me to enjoy a quiet, relaxing space.
Considering the affordable price and the brand-new, comprehensive facilities, I highly recommend Aoki for solo getaways or short stays. It has already been added to my regular accommodation list."

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises.
The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. GGuest UserI chose this castle-themed hotel for my trip, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly suited for self-driving tours, leisure vacations, or even short business stays. The hotel's most striking feature is its European castle exterior, with pointed spires, domes, and delicate carvings. From a distance, it creates an incredible ambiance, making every photo Instagram-worthy. When the lights come on in the evening, it truly looks like a fairytale castle. Even my friends couldn't help but stop to take pictures – the building's aesthetic alone significantly boosted our overall impression.
During check-in, the staff member who assisted me, Jianbing, left a particularly deep impression. His service was enthusiastic and patient, meticulous and thoughtful throughout. He proactively introduced me to the hotel's various special facilities, from photo spots around the castle architecture to the operating hours of the buffet breakfast, pool, and executive lounge, as well as the parking location and sightseeing routes – he explained everything clearly. He patiently answered all my questions, and his detailed and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome the moment I walked in.
For those traveling by car, I must commend the hotel's parking lot. It's spacious with plenty of parking spaces, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you arrive late. The lanes are wide, making it easy to park both large and small vehicles. Parking was completely hassle-free, with no need to drive around looking for an empty spot, which is especially friendly for guests driving their own cars.
The buffet breakfast was a major surprise during this stay, with such a dizzying variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The flavors catered to all ages, ensuring a satisfying and abundant breakfast every day, setting us up for an energetic start.
The hotel also features an executive lounge, which offers a quiet and elegant environment with expansive views. It provides snacks, drinks, and afternoon tea, eliminating the need to go out for extra meals. The lounge's comfortable setting is perfect for a relaxing break or simple work, making the executive benefits incredibly cost-effective.
The hotel's swimming pool offered an excellent experience. The water was clean and clear, and the pool area was well-lit. The decor was consistent with the overall castle style, making it suitable for adults to swim and relax, or for children to play. The facilities were well-maintained and spotless.
The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The entire hotel combines aesthetics, dining, leisure amenities, and convenient parking, further enhanced by Jianbing's warm and meticulous service. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserFirst off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar.
The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room.
The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment.
However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍
For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM.
Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊

SSonawanTraveling with two adults and one child, I've stayed at several other family-friendly hotels, but was generally disappointed. I've already warned other moms in my parenting groups about avoiding those places.
Pros:
1. The room facilities are excellent, with a full range of children's amenities like small stools and bath bags. Housekeeping did a great job.
2. The Aviary World is very well done overall.
Cons:
1. The concierge service was terrible. When checking in, I was pushing a stroller with my left hand and dragging a large suitcase plus a tote bag with my right, but no one offered to help with my luggage or direct me to check-in.
2. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They told me the crib was 60x90cm, which made me wonder if they were trying to dissuade me, as I almost said 'never mind, our baby is 88cm and won't fit.' However, the actual crib provided was about 120cm long.
3. It's not as well-equipped as other family hotels. When booking, the customer service rep said cribs couldn't be reserved and were on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. There's no bottle sterilizer/dryer.
4. Both breakfast vouchers required an additional fee, yet on October 2nd, the breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9 AM! Is this acceptable for a five-star hotel?
5. After I complained about issue #1 to Trip.com, the hotel immediately questioned the authenticity of my claim, demanding to review surveillance footage. Two to three hours later, they investigated, sent a text saying they'd compensate me, but nothing ever came of it.
It would be great if the hotel could make some management changes after seeing this review. If not, that's fine too; reputation is built by actions.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Penguin Hotel with our two-and-a-half-year-old and the experience exceeded our expectations. The butler service was attentive, proactively informing us of activity times. The hallway lighting was soft, so it wasn't harsh on the eyes when walking around at night. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, making charging very convenient. The hotel shop offered a wide variety of items, with many souvenir choices. The park shuttle directions were clear, so it was hard to get lost. Housekeeping regularly patrolled public areas, and trash was promptly cleared. Staff greeted guests proactively. Check-out was quick. The blackout curtains worked very well. Overall, it's perfect for family vacations, and we'll choose it again next time we visit Chimelong.
The Penguin Hotel butler (No. 1) was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff were also happy to give balloons when asked, I was worried before that if they didn't give one, my baby would cry.
Because the baby was too young for many of the rides, she was still very happy in the 'Snow House' room. Plus, we could watch penguins from the breakfast restaurant, which made the baby super happy. A great experience!

LlausharonEnviornment: This was my first time at Dusit Thani Sandalwood Hotel. I found the hotel to be in an excellent location in Shuangyue Bay, with strong Thai-style decor, giving it a very resort-like feel.
Service: We were traveling with two seniors this time and arrived quite early. I was worried we'd have to wait a long time to check in, but the front desk receptionist, Xiao Rui, provided exceptional service. Not only did she proactively upgrade our room type, but she also coordinated with her colleagues to prioritize cleaning our room so we could check in early. On the second day, she also helped us request a late check-out. Her attitude was superb and definitely deserves a thumbs-up! 👍
Our stay package included buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant's offerings exceeded expectations; the dishes were plentiful and tasted great. The dinner featured a flash mob dance performance, and the breakfast had freshly made rice noodle rolls, both of which were very popular. Restaurant Manager Shen Xia was very responsible, actively asking guests about their dining experience, and was very warm and hospitable.
Hygiene: The upgraded 27th-floor sea-view room in Tianyi Building was very satisfying. The room had all the necessary amenities, with a plentiful supply of bottled water, a thoughtfully stocked mini-fridge with drinks, and eye masks, earplugs, mosquito repellent patches, and disposable bathtub liners all readily available. Manager Cai Guie proactively inquired about our stay experience and thoughtfully prepared drinks for us to enjoy on our way home.
The package included access to the water park, infinity pool, shooting, archery, gym, table tennis 🏓, billiards, cinema… You can truly spend three days and two nights here without ever leaving the hotel 🙋🏻♀️! I will definitely come again if I have the chance!

For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserOur room was on the third floor, and the bubble pool on the balcony was super comfortable. We had originally booked a twin room, but wanted to switch to a king-size bed. The front desk lady was really helpful in getting that sorted for us. The Splash Park is great for younger kids, and the Forest Park is also a lot of fun. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the on-site pool is very relaxing. Highly recommend! Our sweet butler, Tiantian, was exceptionally good. She checked in with us promptly, brought our child a small toy and some fruit, and quickly resolved an issue with a power outlet. She addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Thumbs up!
