I was very happy with my room stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The projector was super easy to use, and I loved that I could watch Tencent videos for free. The Xiaodu smart assistant was also really convenient, letting me control the air conditioning. Wow, the cleanliness here is exceptional! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly; when I asked for my room to be cleaned, they came right over with a smile. There are lots of great food options nearby, plus MixC, and especially Dongmen Old Street is very close, which is super convenient. I truly love it here and will definitely be back!

I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

I was lucky enough to be there during the May Day Coffee Festival, which was absolutely buzzing! The market was vibrant and full of atmosphere – lively and perfect for photos. It was also super convenient for getting around and shopping.

The location is unbeatable! It's just a short walk across a small road to the Gongbei Port immigration hall, reachable within five minutes. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, but there's a concierge on the 1st floor where you can store large luggage. Breakfast is a Hong Kong Cafe de Coral set meal; you choose it at the front desk when you check in, and it's delivered directly to your room the next morning. The shower pressure is fantastic – really refreshing! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Spaceship Hotel is absolutely fantastic! They offer both a buffet and à la carte options; if you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend the buffet. The staff provides excellent service, always ready to assist immediately. The location is superb – you can walk to Spaceship Park in just one minute. There's also a shuttle bus service to Ocean Kingdom. If you buy a package ticket, you get to enter an hour earlier. The lobby's parent-child entertainment area is uniquely designed and perfectly caters to kids' needs. We specifically chose this new hotel for a 'scouting mission,' and it turned out to be a very happy trip. The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a novel submarine-themed design. For families with young children, I honestly suggest making Spaceship Hotel your top choice; it's so convenient! My little one was excited just seeing the hotel building. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped for kids with slippers, toiletries, a child-friendly toilet seat, and a step stool. The shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable wash. Room service for deliveries was quick, and the kids' toiletries were adorable. There were security staff in the basement, which gave us a great sense of safety. The amenities and services were top-notch, and we really appreciate it. Check-out was fast, and the breakfast offerings were quite satisfying. The hotel lobby is clean and bright. We look forward to coming back again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The receptionist(who doesn't have a name tag) who checked us in was horrible. She had a terrible personality, tonality and facial expression when we arrived. We were initially pretty disappointed with this hotel as we've paid for much cheaper options and got much better services and facilities. But during our checkout, the process was smooth and a staff called ”Hua Hua” (phonetically) was friendly and extremely helpful despite it being a checkout(no longer a potential business client for that session). We'd love to stay here again but would avoid the staff who served us initially.

I scoured countless guides before visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Turns out, it was a fantastic decision. First, let's talk about the location. While it's a bit of a distance from the park, transportation is a non-issue. You can take a boat or a shuttle bus, both running very frequently. Waiting with kids wasn't a problem at all. The boat ride itself felt quite special, and my little one absolutely loved it. Walking into the hotel lobby was a delightful surprise. NPCs (character mascots) immediately greeted us, shaking hands, high-fiving, and posing for photos. They were incredibly enthusiastic. My child is usually a bit shy, but even they couldn't stop giggling. If you're traveling with young children, this kind of atmosphere is truly welcoming. Regarding the room, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Flamingo View Room. We could see the flamingos in the park right from our window – a beautiful sea of pink that captivated my child for quite a while. The room itself was spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around, never feeling cramped. I have to specifically praise the hotel's butler service. After adding them on WeChat, any request I sent was met with an almost instant reply and always fulfilled. Whether it was asking for kids' slippers, extra water bottles, or shuttle times, everything was handled quickly, which made our stay much less stressful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were both exquisite and delicious. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg pancakes – hot and fragrant. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy. Now, about the water park – honestly, it felt a bit lackluster. The facilities weren't extensive or particularly new. However, since it's included with the stay and doesn't require an extra ticket, it's fine for a casual stroll and splashing around with the kids. Just don't go in with high expectations. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive. Despite the mediocre water park, the convenient transportation, attentive service, and excellent family-friendly atmosphere mean I'd definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to Chimelong.

I'm very satisfied with the room, it's a front-row sea-view room. The butler service was thoughtful and meticulous. The complimentary afternoon tea for two is served from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM; they even reminded us to come on time. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: First-class, the full sea view is truly amazing. Service: Excellent, absolutely fantastic! It would be even better if breakfast could be slightly improved, but a small issue like that doesn't negate the excellent service we received. Definitely worth a full five-star recommendation!

Back in Guangzhou, and staying at the White Swan Hotel again! The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and they proactively upgraded my room. The view was amazing, the location unbeatable, and the facilities were very comfortable. They helped me book a table at Hongtu Restaurant, but unfortunately, we were a bit late and couldn't get a window seat. Still, the food was delicious! The coffee at the Jade Rabbit Bar was great, but the cake was quite bad – hopefully, they can improve that. Exploring the hotel itself was lovely; it's a beautiful place.
