"Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup.
When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray).
I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower.
Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10"

"Traveling with kids, the evenings can be a real headache with them getting bored and restless. But this hotel solved it with just one wall! They have a built-in kids' program projected onto it. The cartoons are vivid and easy on the eyes, keeping my little one completely captivated. This allowed us adults to enjoy some precious downtime, watching movies on the big screen ourselves. The room was spacious enough, so the kids watching cartoons didn't disturb our rest. This thoughtful design really elevated the quality of our family trip. Next time we're in Beijing, we're definitely staying here again!"

Free self laundry services where the staff helped to dry our clothes and pack into bags. Late night supper of fried rice and porridge. Peking duck at the hotel restaurant is extremely delicious. Picture below shows half a duck as the chef was still cutting the other half. Would like to specially thank Alan who helped us to reserve the Peking duck for 2 nights and stayed back after his working hours on the second night to heat up wraps for us. We ordered the duck through WeChat to the restaurant and he helped us with the orders. As it was my child birthday on the first night, special thanks to the chef who also prepared a bowl of noodles with egg for her. Really appreciate the excellent service!
Our rooms are on second floors and staff helped us to carry lugguage to and from the rooms.

The restaurant times seemed to be different everyday, the only issue I had is that the lobby seems to be constantly full of people (not guests) taking photos and while that the perfectly fine in general this was excessive at times and often blocked the walkways to lifts and stairs to access rooms."

Location: Excellent location! Very close to Subway Line 8 (Jinyu Hutong Station). You can easily exit via in88 or APM building. There are plenty of restaurants and malls along the street towards Wangfujing Station.
Travel Tip: If coming from the airport with luggage, I recommend taking Line 5 to Dengshikou Station. Walking through the alley next to the hotel is much easier for dragging luggage.
Room: Great furniture layout and bathroom. The hot water is stable (temperature doesn't swing). I recommend choosing a room with a window to help ventilate the room if the heater gets too warm.
Service: Special thanks to NOVA. The staff communicates very well and was extremely helpful during my stay."

📱 Before our arrival, the hotel staff reached out via email, suggesting we connect on WeChat to ensure smooth communication throughout our stay.
🚗 We took the high-speed train to Miyun, and the hotel kindly provided a free pick-up service, as well as a return drop-off to the train station when we were leaving.
⛷️ Additionally, the staff arranged complimentary transportation to and from the ski resort, making our experience even more convenient and enjoyable.
Every interaction was genuinely pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! We can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending it to anyone traveling to that area.

DDikangliqiangdaThis is our second time at Half Mountain Bay. The first time was in September with friends and their family, and we had a fantastic experience. This time, I brought my parents and kids. Besides enjoying the hot springs, sauna, and kids' club, we also checked out the sports complex. The little ones had a blast playing ball there. Half Mountain Bay, in my opinion, offers a great experience for both seniors and children. Plus, the breakfast is very diverse (the only issue is that on Saturday, there were too many guests, so on Sunday morning, the breakfast queue was unbelievably long). Other than that, everything else was pretty good!

GGuest UserThe locations is located at the heart of the Gubei Water Town Resort. Is just 15 min walk to Simatai Great Wall and there's a shuttle bus that take you around.
In Nov is off peak seasons 50%of the shops are closed but they restaurants, gifts shops open. The dye shop is open for you to take pictures but no DIY program. The wine shop is open for you to try the wine and take pictures. If you like you can buy the wine. The basement is the wine storage and wime making area. Because is off peak time you can only take pictures and not view the making of wine.
The hotel give out complimentary hotsprings vouchers and the resort town visitor centre give complimentary tickets for option 1- hanfu dressing, 2- Boat ride
3- foot reflexology
At night there's a water show and Drone showtime. The drone show depends on weather.

GGuest UserOur stayed was great. Xiaowang was really helpful before and during our arrival through WeChat. They helped us with the passport and area registration through their phones, as our did not have Chinese characters keyboard. The apartment is clean, comfortable and really spacious. We got the cat theme apartment and the little ones really liked it. The only drawback is that is at the top of the road, thus an 8 min walk to the main road. From there is only 2 min to the entrance of Gubei town.

GGuest UserOur stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. The kids especially adored the large balcony, which offered expansive views of the pool and lush greenery.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service.
We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. The water was pristine, the service was great, and there was an impressive array of hot spring pools to choose from. The children had a blast, especially with the bubble machine experience.
Manager Wang Fang also deserves a special shout-out for her exceptionally attentive service. We definitely plan to return!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and warm greetings made me feel instantly welcome. The front desk attendant was not only quick with the check-in process but also patiently walked me through the hotel's facilities and gave me tips on exploring Wuzhen, saving me a lot of time and effort.
The room service was equally outstanding. The room was spotless, and they thoughtfully prepared a welcome fruit platter and a handwritten warm card, which was a lovely touch. When I requested extra towels, they were delivered very quickly – incredibly efficient.
The restaurant service also deserves praise. The servers were friendly, meticulously asked about our taste preferences, and recommended specialty dishes. During the meal, they frequently checked in to refill tea and water, paying close attention to our needs.
What touched me the most was on checkout day. I accidentally left an item in my room, and the hotel staff promptly contacted me after finding it and even helped me mail it back.
From the smallest details to the overall experience, the service at this Wuzhen hotel was impeccable. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuzhen!

The park environment is beautiful, there are things suitable for children to play, and you can also take the elderly for leisure tours. It is very suitable for family outings. Dinner was chosen at the Ammer Craft Restaurant, which is German-style. All the dishes are delicious and meet the tastes of the family. They also gave birthday pasta, which was heartwarming. In addition, the service was very good. The housekeeper Xiao Sui was specially arranged. When he heard that it was a birthday, he specially prepared a fruit plate. It was thoughtful and considerate. AAnonymous UserFantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Nanluoguxiang and Yongwang Mansion. Even though it's in a hutong, cars can still access it. The hotel service is excellent, and I feel like the few hundred RMB I spent were well worth it. When choosing a hotel, I really worry about that strong, unpleasant smell when you first walk in, but thankfully, there was none of that here. The room even had Wahaha drinks and snacks, plus children's toothbrushes and slippers. They also offer late-night snacks, laundry service, and luggage storage. When I asked the staff how much it would be to extend my stay by an hour, they just said they'd extend it for me. It's truly amazing. I've never left a hotel review before, but this is the first one that made me feel like the service and everything else was completely worth it. From the moment I stepped into the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone was wonderful.

KKruegerWe spent two nights at this Club Med hotel with our two children. Having had a fantastic experience at another Club Med previously, we were looking forward to this stay—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.
The hotel feels outdated and neglected. Our bathroom was worn down, and many facilities were either closed, broken, or simply abandoned. The indoor pool was shut, the outdoor pool looked like a ruin, and several machines in the fitness room didn’t work. Even in the indoor water park some hot baths and the sauna didn’t work.
Food was average at best—both breakfast and dinner buffet lacked variety and quality. Service was underwhelming too: despite few guests, I had to fetch the high chair and children’s cutlery myself every time.
One activity offered was a trolley ride from the hotel to a nearby vineyard. My wife was looking forward to a proper wine tasting or a guided tour of the estate. Instead, a woman briefly showed us two shelves of wine available for purchase—no tasting, no tour. It was disappointing, especially given how impressive and vast the vineyard itself was.
On the plus side, check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. But overall, this stay was disappointing and far from the Club Med standard we had come to appreciate.

Mmenqs001The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station. It's only about a 10-15 minute ride on Line 2 to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Plus, Guorui City and New World are just a 5-minute walk away, making shopping and snacking super convenient! The room was clean and odor-free, and the bed was so soft I didn't want to get up. The staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly warm and welcoming. I even forgot my charger, and they actively helped me borrow one! The *youtiao* (fried dough sticks) and *doufunao* (tofu pudding) at breakfast were incredibly authentic. There's also a Huguosi Snack bar downstairs, perfect for late-night cravings. It's an established hotel, and it feels reliable. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!
