"My stay at Voyage International Hotel was near perfect. The hotel organized the pick-up from BAIC T3 promptly at the designated location within 10 minutes of my phone call. The staff could actually communicate in English which was great for me. The driver even helped for loading my luggage into the van. The drive from T3 to the hotel is approximately 10 minutes without traffic (at 23 30 to 00 00).
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, helping with unloading my luggage. The check-in process was seamless. I was upgraded from a single occupancy room to a double delight room without any additional cost.
The mini-bar is great for people coming from a long haul flight and the amenities provided are as mentioned. The hotel did a great job with their sound insulation system as we almost do not hear any noise from airplanes even though the airport is very near.
The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of food and the restaurant was also very clean with a cozy atmosphere.
Upon check-out, I was also given a check-out gift and the staff voluntarily asked if I needed help to book a taxi.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Voyage International Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travellers having early or late flights. I will not hesitate to book Voyage International Hotel again."

"Staying at Jingli Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the subway station and right next to the Hopson One shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegant with a lovely scent, and check-in was efficient and thoughtful, even offering complimentary drinks and fruit. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart room controls and sleep-friendly mattress ensured I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was excellent – every detail was well taken care of. The breakfast spread was extensive, with delicious made-to-order noodles and a great selection of Chinese pastries. The 24-hour complimentary drinks and snacks were a very thoughtful touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, patiently assisting with directions. They even offered complimentary water at check-out. For a hotel within the Fourth Ring Road, the value for money is truly exceptional. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. "I'm completely won over by the heating at Grand Hyatt Beijing! Even though I visited during the coldest time of the year, the entire hotel was wonderfully warm, almost like the 25-degree weather in Shenzhen. The front desk service was incredibly prompt; someone came to take my luggage before I even reached the counter, and check-in was handled swiftly and seamlessly. The fresh flowers in the lobby were elegant and sophisticated, and the carefully placed greenery brought a touch of vibrant green to the winter. "Value for money with basic standard amenities. I would like a bit more comfortable bed and an extra pillow but that is because I am a bit more fussy with sleep. Conveniently located for the temple of heaven. Close to Tiantandongmen station and Hongqiao market where you can go to the 5th floor and enjoy probably yhe best view in Beijing. Have only asked for some coffee but there was only complimentary jasmine tea so gave 5 for service but only requested something once. They left us extra water though which was greatly appreciated."

"I've flown out of Daxing Airport many times and never really explored it. This time, I had an early morning flight for my child, so to let them get more sleep, I booked the Kapok Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk to the terminal. After dropping off my child, I wasn't in a rush to go home, so I took my older child and used a package we bought that included breakfast, a flight simulator experience, and a 'tea around the fire' set. The breakfast selection was a bit simple, but everything else was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty to see, eat, and do."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, the environment is clean and tidy, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. **Location:** The hotel is centrally located with lots of great food options and shopping malls nearby. Transportation is very convenient, and it's not far from any of the main attractions.
**Room:** We booked a deluxe king room, and it was much more spacious than I expected. The decor is new and stylish. The best part was the mattress and pillows – perfectly firm yet soft, they completely relieved my travel fatigue. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, strong water pressure, and hot water comes quickly. The toiletries were also of good quality.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by the homely atmosphere upon arrival and were warmly greeted by the host (co-owner). We booked a room to accommodate 4 of us but realised upon arrival that it was a little too small to accommodate all of us. The host immediately gave us another adjoining room within the same chalet at a very reasonable rate. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed, for example there were heat lamps above the shower stall so that one did not have to contend with the cold after a shower; and the bathroom lights were motion sensor activated so that one did not have to stumble around in the middle of the night. The place is well-kept and has excellent and personalised service. We were driven by the host to the Nanshan ski park and nearby places for dinner, and on the last day to the train station; all this at no extra cost. The in-house dinner was good and delicious and very reasonably priced. It is a cozy place for families to gather and engage in recreational activities. We were treated to a traditional tea session within the premises by the host, who was extremely gracious and warm. All the co-owners were also extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our short stay there a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you! We will return in the near future! :)

EE1676****This was my second stay, and it was just as excellent as the first. Our butler, Tracy Zhang Xi, was incredibly responsive and provided thoughtful service. We initially had a different room than what we booked, but she promptly arranged a satisfactory change for us. She even helped us find an Ethernet cable and an HDMI cable, which was a huge plus.
The hot springs at Haiwan Banshan are built into the mountainside, and the beautiful scenery is a definite advantage. There are over 10 different types of pools, each with a great view. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for extreme privacy, luxury, or a dedicated water play area for children.
The kids' play area at Haiwan Banshan is quite large. Among 5-star hotels in Beijing with hot springs, only Club Med, Badaling Jinyu, and Xishan Hot Spring Blue Parrot probably offer bigger and more entertaining options.
The suite was spacious, and the facilities were undeniably 5-star quality when compared to similar hotels. The only downside was the slightly higher price during holiday periods. The Ethernet port on the desk was fake; to get a wired connection, you had to use the port behind the bedroom TV, which was about 5 meters away. The butler could only find a 2-meter cable, which was a bit inconvenient for guests who need to work during their stay.
I didn't get to try the Bian stone sweat steaming at the wellness center as too many people had booked it.
The indoor air dome sports field is also very large, offering basketball, badminton, and table tennis, all of which require reservations. There's also a small outdoor ice rink where you can ice skate or play on ice sleds.

TTAN TECK HUAStaying at the Gubei Light Hotel was truly excellent value for money. The all-in-one package made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable!
The package included tickets to Gubei Water Town, the Great Wall, and the cable car, plus a hot spring experience. It saved us so much hassle and time from having to plan and buy tickets separately. We just packed our bags and started exploring! I have to specially commend the hotel's breakfast – the selection was incredibly rich, with Chinese dim sum, Western dishes, and fresh fruits and vegetables all available. The presentation was exquisite, and the quality was top-notch, giving it a very premium feel. Every morning, we ate to our heart's content.
The rooms were generally clean, comfortable, and spacious, making for a very pleasant stay. However, there's one small drawback I should mention: there's quite a difference in room views. Among the several rooms our group booked, only two had decent exterior views, while the others faced inwards with rather ordinary scenery.
Aside from the minor issue with the views, the hotel offers great value for money. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, it's an excellent choice for accommodation in Gubei Water Town. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

After soaking, you feel completely refreshed. The relaxation area thoughtfully provides free drinks and fruits, perfect for quenching your thirst and re-energizing.
The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was ample, making for a cozy stay in winter. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting us up for an energetic day.
What was most surprising was that the hotel offers skiing. After hitting the slopes, you can then relax in the hot springs, and all your fatigue melts away. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

HHannah Lauren Bond- The location is excellent. It is just round the corner from Gubei Water Town. A two minute walk to the entrance hall.
- The service was good. The staff added us on WeChat and were very quick to respond to messages and queries. One stand out moment for us was when our food was 2 hours late from a local restaurant. I was struggling to communicate with the restaurant because my Chinese is not very good. Staff reached out on our behalf and sorted the issue for us.
- Cleanliness was OK. The sheets on the bed felt lovely and clean, but the apartment was not spotless. The shower had some black mould, and the floor in the kitchen felt sticky.
- The apartment itself had some pros. My son absolutely loved all the toys and the slides. It made his experience very enjoyable.
- Plenty of towels, toiletries provided.
However
- The shower leaked constantly. Every time we used the shower the bathroom would become flooded - which was a slipping hazard for my son.
- The curtains are very thin. Every morning we were woken up to a bright light streaming through the windows. This meant that my son’s sleep was not great. We did contact the staff about this. They used sellotape to stick up some bedsheets on the windows, but this fell down within minutes! We appreciate the efforts though.
- We would have felt better if there was a stair gate. As this is an apartment aimed at families, a stair gate would be good for safety.
- Limited cutlery is provided. We were given some disposable chopsticks. However very few cooking utensils / no children’s cutlery. Bring your own if you want to cook. :)
- There was only once choice of breakfast - which was not to our personal taste. Would be good if 2 or three options were provided. There is a lovely bakery around the corner and we enjoyed buying our breakfast from there for the remainder of the trip.

Served by 冀英杰 who has graciously arranged a room for us when we are early at noon and even upgraded the room to one with a view of the great wall. Much appreciated.
Comes with international breakfast buffet with a huge selection. Coffee from.the machine was good. Soups were tasty. Bring your swimsuit for the free hot spring experience.
We used the free option of a day tour to the great wall and hotel guest gets a discount for the night visit. Def worth doing it both day and night.

MM259aiste****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was traveling with two elderly people in Beijing, and our days were packed. We'd usually get back after 8 or 9 PM. The hotel's service was incredibly attentive; they provided so many amenities, all individually wrapped, so there was no 'you use it, then I use it' situation. They even offered foot-soaking tubs, and delivery food could be brought right to our room, which was a huge relief. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and they even offer wake-up calls. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the snacks and drinks on the table are complimentary. I think the most comfortable aspect of this place is the service; the staff are neither overly enthusiastic nor overly cold—they're just right, making communication feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is genuinely excellent!!! Right before my flight, I realized the yogurt I bought wasn't sealed! But I was about to head to the airport! I asked the front desk if I could buy a roll of cling film to seal it myself for checked luggage. The front desk attendant went to check for me and gave me a huge roll! 🥹 I absolutely love this place! Every word I've said is true, no exaggeration!

MM47222****Our stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. The kids especially adored the large balcony, which offered expansive views of the pool and lush greenery.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service.
We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. The water was pristine, the service was great, and there was an impressive array of hot spring pools to choose from. The children had a blast, especially with the bubble machine experience.
Manager Wang Fang also deserves a special shout-out for her exceptionally attentive service. We definitely plan to return!

MM9527****This time, traveling with my child, I really have to give a huge shout-out to my dedicated butler, Emily! Her thoughtful service made our family trip incredibly delightful and memorable.
From the moment we checked in, Emily was incredibly considerate. She not only proactively showed us the kid-friendly areas in the hotel but also thoughtfully reminded us of the children's activity schedule. My child had an absolute blast at the hotel and kept saying they didn't want to leave every day. On our departure day, because we wanted to visit a nearby attraction with our child, we requested a late check-out. Emily, without hesitation, arranged it for us and even specifically told us not to rush and to enjoy our outing.
Having such a warm and reliable butler truly reduced much of the travel fatigue. My child and I have already decided that for our next trip, we'll choose this hotel again and ask for Emily to be our butler!

MM2g8s1kue****1️⃣ The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Subway Line 2 is right at the entrance, and Tiananmen Square is only about 1.5 km away by bike, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although it's a bit far from the Summer Palace, the location itself is genuinely great.
2️⃣ Now, about the service. On the night of the 30th, perhaps because the hotel is older, the soundproofing was exceptionally poor. Why do I say exceptionally poor? It was to the point where you could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear. This wasn't a huge issue until a man checked into the room next to us on the night of the 30th. His snoring was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep. It was already past midnight, so I called the front desk. It seemed to be an intern who answered, and they very pleasantly moved us to another room, which was an upgraded room with an outer window. However, after the switch, the upgraded room was actually a bit smaller than the original one we were in. Since I had a 30-inch suitcase, it was quite cramped and difficult to move around once opened. Also, the room lacked an air purifier. All in all, the upgraded room was significantly less comfortable than the original one. I asked the intern at the front desk if they could offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation, but perhaps the intern didn't have the authority, so they didn't agree.
A few minutes later, the lobby manager called, explained the differences in the upgraded room, apologized, offered a complimentary breakfast, and arranged for housekeeping to deliver an air purifier and a humidifier (they initially sent the wrong item, so comrade Jianjun from housekeeping had to make two trips at such a late hour, which I felt very bad about, but comrade Jianjun's attitude was consistently good and not impatient at all, and I really want to praise him for that).
(The room was a bit warm, and I asked the front desk several times if there was a way to alleviate it. One reason was the central air conditioning, and the other was the in-room AC. Even after turning off the in-room AC, it was still very stuffy, and no other solutions were offered. However, the lobby manager on duty on the night of the 30th suggested bringing a humidifier, which felt very thoughtful. Overall, the solutions were very comforting).
The room is a bit old, given its age, but most of the staff are very enthusiastic, and transportation is convenient. I would still choose this hotel next time I visit Beijing.
