"The room was clean and check-in was quick. I guess they ran out of standard rooms because they gave me a quad room? It had one large bed and two smaller ones. The hotel has air conditioning, which is a rarity in the UK! It's just one stop from the airport."

"We are regulars of this hotel as we frequently enjoy it but this time was a little different, main thing was we tried to ride the bikes, which we needed a password from reception to unlock, asked reception they said nothing to do with them ask concierge, so we asked them and they said exactly the same thing, kept fobbing us off to each other back and forth about 3/4 times, was then told to wait 5 min for the manager. . 45 min later still waiting in the lobby, complete waste of time and nobody tried helping us. Not sure the last time the pool was cleaned as we kept standing on bits that were floating around the water and touching our feet so we got out pretty much instantly, paid for executive room for the lounge and whenever we down to grab a snack there was only peanuts there for the whole day. Been here 5-10 times as a nice regular getaway but think I’ll be finding somewhere new in the future."

"They accommodate for us as it was my boyfriend‘s birthday and we got a free bottle of wine I had an amazing bath and air-conditioning was amazing on London hot heat wave very easy to access location amazing room and view. Great sausages for breakfast does need a little bit of work on the drinks and desserts in terms of variety. The pool was super clean as the lady was coming over to test the chlorine. 100% will go back again."

"I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf."

"To get there from the airport, you'll need to take a shuttle, which costs extra. You can find the T2/T3 Hoppa at the airport (not at the hotel). If you exit the hotel and turn left, there's a petrol station, and just in front of it is a bus stop. You can take bus 278 to get to the Underground. Everything else was good, and the pasta at the Italian restaurant was delicious. However, there's not much to walk around and see nearby."

"Very good location. The hotel is good but my room was facing to the railway tracks so i could hear the sound of the train. Their weakness point is their staff. I work in hospitality and there are certain standards that you have to follow to provide quality service. Reception is available 24h but i called twice from my room (at midnight) and nobody picked up the phone. Finally, i had to come to the reception to inform them something was going on with my phone. That two night receptionist looked at me like if i was crazy and told me my phone was working because there was signal (Of course it was working, they just weren't answering my calls and were sitting around doing nothing). I asked them for a bottle opener and their answer was ” we do not have”. That's imposible in a 4 stars hotel so what i take away from this hotel is that they simply didn't want to help me. Also they weren't able to help me connect my device to the TV. The only staff good point was they gave me late check out until 12:30 for free. That's why i give you 2/5."

"A classic dorm style room in an amazing location, if you need a budget option in a great part of town, look no further! There’s a cute small garden just opposite which is a great spot to relax with a book, a ton of museums right on your doorstep, and Hyde park is a few minutes walk away. 5 mins walk to the tube."

"First, the positive aspects: - The staff were very friendly. Thank you! - The hotel's location is very good, it is a 2-minute walk from Tower Hill Station (Circle/District line) and a 5-minute walk from Tower Gate DLR station. - There is a coffee machine in the room and complimentary water is provided every day. The bathroom is equipped with the usual amenities. - The bed is comfortable. - The request for a room far away from the lift was granted. The negative aspects: - The room was cool (personal opinion). Despite adjusting the temperature control in the room, the room temperature did not change. - In the second room, water suddenly dripped through the ceiling (in the bathroom) during the night, so there was a change of rooms. It would have been nice (not mandatory, but nice) to offer guests breakfast in return. The television in the new room did not seem to work. Would I book again? In the summer yes."

"Traveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London."
