"The room exceeded my expectations; it's rare to find such great value for money in Hong Kong. The hotel is located inside a mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. During peak check-in times, you might have to queue at the front desk, and the efficiency is a bit slower compared to mainland China. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, mainly Hong Kong-style. Overall, I highly recommend it! My only minor complaint is regarding the bedding hygiene; perhaps because we have sensitive skin, we felt a bit itchy while sleeping, so I'm questioning the cleanliness of the linens.
BTW, the gym facilities are limited, with only one power rack. The outdoor pool is on the 21st floor, and it can get quite sunny when the weather is good."

"I've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I came to Hong Kong for business trips before, I always stayed at this one on Hong Kong Island. The hotel's transportation is very convenient; there's a bus stop downstairs, and it's just a 100-meter walk across the pedestrian bridge from Exit C of the Quarry Bay MTR station. It's only one stop away from Taikoo Shing Cityplaza. Although I experienced a typhoon, I slept soundly in the hotel room. Downstairs is Yat Lung Heen, and both the dim sum/dining service and the taste are excellent. The staff are all very warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 💁♀️"

"I specifically booked this hotel to watch a football match at Kai Tak Sports Park, and its location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the stadium. The hotel's room rates were very reasonable. The front desk staff were patient and welcoming, providing excellent service. We were even unexpectedly upgraded to the 21st-floor executive level upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room layout was very well-designed, and having such spaciousness in Hong Kong is quite rare. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and ample mirrors, making the overall visual impression bright and airy.
There were just two minor drawbacks: firstly, the front desk didn't proactively offer a travel adapter, which was a bit inconvenient for mainland Chinese guests. Secondly, the bathroom floor drain was slow, leading to water pooling during showers. I hope the hotel can improve these points in the future."

"Due to a typhoon, my flight was cancelled, and I was stranded in Hong Kong. I hurriedly booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the well-designed, spacious room and quiet environment. Each floor has a water dispenser, and there are frozen foods and a microwave in the lobby, all very clean. My room had a sea view, and the beach was just a 10-minute walk away. However, there aren't any restaurants or shops nearby. The flight disruption made my trip incredibly stressful and tiring, but the peaceful stay here gave me a chance to relax. If I have the opportunity to visit Hong Kong again, I'll definitely consider this hotel first—though I hope next time it won't be due to unforeseen circumstances."

Situated in Wan Chai, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it offers convenient access to nearby areas such as Central, Causeway Bay, and other parts of Hong Kong.
One of the biggest advantages is the easy access to the A11 airport bus, making travel to and from the airport simple without the need to take the Airport Express.
The room is spacious, well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and features a comfortable bed and a practical work desk, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

The views from the hotel are great, perfect for a vacation. Transportation isn't very convenient, but there's a shuttle bus to the subway station. The facilities are quite old but generally clean, though the hygiene could still be improved.

The surrounding area is quiet, and from the window, you can see Rambler Channel and the container terminal, which offers a nice view. 🙏
The downsides are that some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the amenities nearby are limited, with only a small shopping mall.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with a group of 4. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transport, attractions, and plenty of great food within walking distance.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having a bathtub to relax after a long day of exploring.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Royal Plaza Hotel again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The pool was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was good, but it would be even better if they added more salad accompaniments and hot dishes. Also, the shuttle bus runs too infrequently, only once every half an hour. It would be much better if it ran every 15 minutes.

QQJaifeiThe Four Seasons' location is truly unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere. There's a shuttle bus from the Airport Express that takes you straight to the hotel, and even walking is easy. That 'welcome back' always makes you feel so at home. For breakfast, you have two restaurant options, but I prefer ordering à la carte in the lounge. The bread at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious; I absolutely adore the five-grain croissant (or whatever it's called) at breakfast. And the scones from the bakery are a must-buy every time. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym equipment is well-maintained and offers plenty of choices. Just eating at the hotel's restaurants pretty much filled up my itinerary. The spa is the best I've experienced outside of Thailand. While there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping – they didn't clear the trash or do the turndown service on time – they genuinely made up for it afterward. I hope the service can be even more meticulous in the future, especially since it's the 'Four Seasons.' I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

FFeralsheepI booked this hotel to watch a show at Yabao. They offer a free shuttle bus with frequent trips, so there's no need to worry about getting to the airport. After the show at Yabao, you can walk a few hundred meters indoors directly to the hotel, which is super convenient as it's connected. The only downside is that the twin beds are really small; if you have large luggage, you won't be able to open it fully. Everything else was fine.

GGuest UserI stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.
