The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.

The room was much more spacious than expected, a significant improvement compared to London hotels. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Mestre train station, with a Chinese supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We booked a standard twin room. There are also many other large hotels in the vicinity. Overall, it was a very good experience. Just a heads-up, there were no toothbrushes or cups provided.

The location is quite convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are bus stops nearby. There's no kettle, and all drinks in the mini-fridge, including a 500ml bottle of mineral water, cost 1.5 euros. The tray only has two glass cups, with no free coffee or tea for brewing. Even though I never use them, their absence makes the hotel seem cheap. The only saving grace was that the restaurant staff downstairs were very nice and willing to fill my thermos with hot water. There was only toilet paper, no facial tissues. This is the stingiest four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I had already paid the full room rate, but upon check-in, they insisted on scanning my passport and credit card together for their records. Luckily, I had covered my security code beforehand. I don't understand why this rundown place needed to keep a credit card on file, probably for those overpriced drinks in the fridge? I'd been traveling for ten days, and all other hotels only required an additional city tax payment. This old-fashioned place was the only one that insisted on a credit card deposit.

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance.

This hotel is right in front of the beach plus they have a private pool. It is one of the most clean hotel I've ever seen. I had breakfast and the selection was the usual continental one, there were eggs, ham, croissant, cakes...a mix of sweet and savory. The girls at the reception are very kind and smiling. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

Hotel near Venice-Lido,Venice
MMaomimeng 2026.04.05
The hotel is located on Venice's sub-island-Lido Island. From the main island, you can either take a boat or a car ferry. Three people and a car are in their early 50s. If you go back and forth, it will cost more than 100 euros. The traffic is not particularly convenient. However, there are few people on the sub-island and the scenery is good, this is still worth a visit. But the most important thing is to complain about the hotel. The room for more than 2,700 two nights is not cheap, but the overall feeling is that the room is not very clean, the bedding feels unclean, the bath towel has a sour taste, the table is gray, and the induction cooker is also bad. This price is a bit worthless Hotel service is not bad, although no slippers are provided, asked, or gave, I hope to do a good job of health

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

Nothing to say, excellent value for money. The only note is that the bar opens at 10 in the morning, and I had to get coffee at the bar in front of the accommodation.

The place is great for a budget-friendly stay near Venice. However, there is no free shuttle for guests without their own transportation, so we had to walk 20 minutes to the bus station and then wait another 20 minutes for a bus to reach Venice center. This was misleading considering the amenities listed. We paid around 60 euros for a 2-day, 2-night stay. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

LLady WI was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

AAnonymous UserVery disappointing experience with discriminatory attitude at the front desk. We simply asked for an extra blanket, but the staff misunderstood us repeatedly, even after explaining three times. Instead of helping, the receptionist made unnecessary and inappropriate comments about Chinese habits compared to Europe, saying things like “Europeans don’t change toothbrushes every day” and “this is not how Europeans do things” — we never asked for a toothbrush, only a blanket. In the end, they only brought a duvet inner without a cover, still not understanding our request. Location is fine, but the rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory service from front desk ruined the whole stay. Not recommended.

MMiss Anita BHad a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.
