"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Jason of the front desk, he assisted us with all our questions and went the extra mile in making our stay a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, near the major attractions in Shanghai, convenient for walking to the Metro or hailing a ride thru Didi. There were lots of food options near the hotel and the area was safe for tourists. Will definitely recommend staying here."

"Checked in at the airport hotel. The room was pretty standard, but clean and tidy. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers or those with early morning flights who struggle to wake up. It's split into a South Wing and North Wing, with an elevator connecting directly to the airport, which is super convenient for getting to the terminal in about a ten-minute walk."

"This isn't my first business trip to Shanghai, but it's my first time staying at the Grand Park City Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund. Transportation is also very accessible. Manager Sunny at the front desk provided incredibly professional service, explaining everything we needed with great detail and patience. My friends and I stayed in rooms 1608 and 1616. The housekeeping staff on the 16th floor were very thorough and enthusiastic with their cleaning. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit."

"The windowless room was really stuffy, but everything else was okay. I mainly want to talk about the bathroom. The shower stall was incredibly tiny. There was no shelf to put anything on, and while I can overlook the lack of conditioner, I had nowhere to put my own conditioner, nor the towel. The showerhead only twisted to the right; no matter how much I turned it, it wouldn't rotate properly. What you see is after I managed to twist it a bit, but it just spun back as soon as I turned on the water. When the room door was locked, there was an intermittent beeping sound from the bottom. The room was quite soundproof, which was a good point."

"An amazing Bund accommodation experience! The French minimalist room design is incredibly stylish, and the mattress is so soft, it feels like sleeping on clouds. Smart toilets, screen casting, and other facilities are all available, with thoughtful details everywhere. The butler service was an even bigger surprise; check-in was efficient, and they proactively recommended unique, off-the-beaten-path routes. The turndown service with small snacks and the high-quality brass luggage tag were perfect. They even organized my cosmetics by color, which made my detail-oriented self incredibly happy. The French croissants for breakfast were crispy and sweet, and the Shanghai soup dumplings paired with soy milk were a truly authentic combination. Breakfast service was excellent, and the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I felt pampered throughout my entire stay. This place gets full marks for both value for money and the overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!"

"The location is fantastic, right on Nanjing Road, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. The subway station is practically at the doorstep, and the Bund is just a 5-minute walk away. It's an older, historic hotel, but the decor is exquisite and very well-maintained, looking much newer than its 2017 renovation – almost as if it's been updated again recently. It has a Republic of China era vibe, like a miniature Peace Hotel. There's always a polite 'Shanghai uncle' at the entrance to open the door for you, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The room was clean and hygienic, with complimentary Nongfu Spring water. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. My only minor complaints are that the tissue paper in the room ran out and wasn't refilled by the staff, so a little more attention to service details would be great. Also, the soundproofing was a bit lacking."

"I had a red-eye flight back from my trip, and instead of taking an expensive taxi home while exhausted, I decided to book a hotel with a shuttle service. This way, I could get some rest and head back to the airport for the subway home once I was refreshed. I initially thought 'Vienna' sounded like a privately run guesthouse, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I was picked up. Instead of a beat-up van, it was a clean and tidy mini-van. The driver was very polite, there weren't many people in the car, and it was a quick ten-minute ride to the hotel. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, and the staff weren't at all tired despite it being early morning. They stood up to check us in as soon as they saw us. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a family room, which was larger and quieter at the end of the hallway. I then discovered the hotel is part of the Jinjiang Group, a state-owned enterprise, which explains the significant investment. They use a mini-van for early morning pickups and a large Yutong bus for daytime transfers. The hotel has a small gym and laundry room. The room itself was quite spacious, much bigger than express hotels in the city center. The bottled water was Nongfu Spring, and after returning from Queen's Palm Hotel in Hainan where they only provided additive-laden water like Ice Dew, this detail really impressed me. They even thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and child-friendly toiletries (something even Hainan didn't have), with toiletries that felt like a full care package. The room was spotlessly clean; I deliberately touched the floor, and there was no dust on my hand, which is truly commendable! The shower stall also had no residual water stains or hair. There was a QR code on the wall for feedback, showing their commitment to service. As a Trip.com member, I opted out of breakfast. After all the discounts, the room cost 240 RMB, and I could check out at 2 PM. I slept in until noon, ordered takeout, and then took the shuttle back to the airport for the subway home. My child was happy, feeling like we had another day of vacation. I slept very well with no noise disturbance. It was a very satisfying stay. Just two small suggestions: The faucet in the sink is too close to the basin's edge, so water splashes out every time you use it. I had to use a bath towel to block and absorb the water. Also, it would be great to have a high-powered domestic hairdryer, like a Leifeng, and perhaps a stand to secure it so it doesn't get taken. That would further improve the experience. Overall, I still want to praise the hotel; it was a very satisfying stay."

"Great hotel location near North Bund, just a 3-minute walk from Tilanqiao subway station. The room was very clean, and I loved the voice-controlled lights and air conditioning. The bathroom, toilet, and sink being separate was super convenient. The hotel's design is also very distinctive. Plus, free parking! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"I booked a two-day stay at this 5-star hotel through Trip.com, and its quality certainly lives up to expectations. First, let's talk about the location. It's right across the street from Exit 8 of Metro Line 2, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel is also directly connected to the New World Department Store, making it super convenient to get to Madame Tussauds. Next, the service. The attention to detail really showcases its high quality. Since Shanghai was quite cold in February, the hotel had already pre-heated the room, so it was wonderfully warm when I walked in. The housekeeping staff were very meticulous and responsible. From check-in to luggage storage and even the greeting at the entrance, everything was incredibly professional. In my free time, I browsed through the Radisson guide, and the content and details inside further highlighted the professionalism of the hotel's overall service. Regarding the facilities, some of them are a bit old, but it doesn't affect their functionality. The TV is indeed a bit small, which impacts the viewing experience. However, the bed was silent, and the toiletries, towels, dental kits, slippers, hairdryer, and mini-fridge were all brand new. My overall impression is that they don't cut corners on new items, and the older equipment doesn't detract from the overall experience. Because I mentioned wanting a quiet area in advance, the view from my room wasn't anything special. However, if you choose a room facing Nanjing Road or People's Park, I imagine the visual experience would be excellent. I didn't get a chance to try the bar or restaurant this trip, but I hope to experience and share them if I visit Shanghai again."

"Great location close to the airport, free shuttle bus which is available at night. The room is clean, the bed is huge. There is shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. Even an iron and ironing board. The tv even has an English channel. Breakfast was great, a good variety of things to eat. There is also a gym if you fancy some exercise. And free late checkout at 2 p.m. Loved it"
