"Excellent location and the hotel staffs are friendly! 😀👍🏻 .. The hotel is located right in the center of shopping malls and tourists attractions. The nearest subway station (较场口) is about 5mins walk (from hotel main building door, turn left, cross a traffic light, walk straight and cross another traffic light. see the escalators (and a big duck mascot). The subway station is just below. 😀 ... Hotel do provide free washing and drying of your clothes (pls do inform the front desk staff). The room is very clean! No foul smell in toilet. The view from the room's window is excellent!! (pls refer to photos). Overall experience is top notch!! "The Indigo Hotel is absolutely stunning! It's a high-rise hotel in Chongqing, located on the 38th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic river views. From the room, you can see the bustling Chongqing skyline. It's also perfect for taking photos, especially with its luxurious and beautiful infinity pool. Both inside the room and throughout the hotel, there are huge full-length mirrors that just beg for a photo op!
The room was incredibly clean, and I asked the concierge for a disposable bath bag so I could enjoy a lovely bath in the room.

"The location is fantastic. The hotel lobby is on the 21st floor, and when you take the elevator down to the 1st floor, Jiefangbei is to your right. If you go up to the 22nd floor, there's a platform with great views of the Qiansimen Bridge and Jialing River (so you don't really need to worry about a river view room). From the platform, you can access Kuixinglou and it's about a five-minute walk to Jiefangbei. The front desk service was excellent; they were very responsive on WeChat. You can also scan a QR code in your room for a robot to deliver items (mineral water, nail clippers – they have everything). I stayed in a family room. The downside is that it's a bit chaotic, as delivery drivers who aren't staying at the hotel can come right to your door. There are many hotels in the building. The air conditioning wasn't great; it got very cold in the middle of the night and wouldn't restart. Overall, though, it's good value for money. The breakfast was also nice."

"This hotel deserves five stars! I booked a twin room and was immediately impressed upon entering – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Raffles City. I could literally tick off a Chongqing landmark from my bed, watching the city's hustle and bustle by day and the light show by night – the view was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The large TV and the chair by the window were also thoughtful touches. The location is directly opposite Raffles City, super close to Chaotianmen and Hongyadong on foot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!"

"The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the incredible view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the iconic Raffles City right across, and the scenery is truly calming. Chongqing is a city with lots of hills and slopes, so it can be quite tiring to walk around. That's where the large bathtub in the room came in handy – a hot soak was incredibly relaxing. The hotel was very clean, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The service was also excellent. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time."

GGuest UserThis place is truly excellent. The metro station is right downstairs, and several attractions are within walking distance, making getting around incredibly easy. The decor is stylish, the room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are complete with no strange odors. The bed is super comfortable. The value for money is outstanding – you get such a great experience for a reasonable price. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful; their check-in instructions were clear, and their food recommendations were all fantastic. They patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes and offered tips to avoid common pitfalls, being very enthusiastic throughout our stay. It's perfect whether you're traveling with friends or family. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Chongqing!

DDer1ckboMy stay at the Regent Chongqing was an experience where I felt genuinely cared for even before check-in, and it truly showed me what top-tier hotel service is all about.
Two days before my arrival, the hotel butler proactively called me to politely inquire about my check-in time, room preferences, and any special requests. Their tone wasn't a perfunctory confirmation, but a sincere conversation, making it clear they were preparing for my arrival in advance, rather than just reacting once I got there. This level of foresight is quite rare in hotels these days.
On the day of my arrival, the check-in process was seamless and incredibly smooth, with virtually no waiting. Everything was perfectly arranged. There were no unnecessary pleasantries or lengthy procedures, allowing me to immediately slip into a state of relaxation. My room was on a high floor, offering expansive views and a very quiet environment. The overall ambiance was warm yet understated, giving me the feeling of 'returning to a meticulously cared-for space.'
The room details truly deserve appreciation. The cleanliness, layout, lighting, and bedding were all impeccable. What impressed me most was the butler closet service – it was convenient and, more importantly, greatly protected guest privacy. This design inherently reflects the hotel's respect for the guest experience, rather than just pursuing superficial 'attentiveness.'
Throughout my stay, almost every staff member I encountered greeted me with a genuine, unforced smile. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or staff in public areas, their response time was incredibly quick, and their demeanor was consistently gentle and patient. They truly embodied the idea of 'making you feel bad for bothering them, but they've already thought of your next need the moment you speak.' This kind of service isn't just superficial warmth; it's a well-trained, professional approach delivered with genuine care.
The breakfast also completely exceeded expectations. The variety was extensive, with plenty of both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the quality was consistently high – not just a large spread that's casually put together. The overall design of the public areas was also beautiful, with a strong sense of space and exquisite details. Whether for taking photos or simply strolling around, it put me in a great mood.
The gym and swimming pool were also major plusses. The equipment was comprehensive, the environment was clean, and the user experience was very comfortable. I especially want to commend the pool staff; the moment I got out of the water after swimming, they thoughtfully offered me a towel. These small details, where you don't even need to ask, really stick with you.
The hotel's location is also excellent, making both travel and last-minute itinerary changes very convenient. It's close to most places, saving a lot of effort and worry.
Overall, this is a hotel that is mature, stable, and reassuring in its service philosophy and execution. It doesn't rely on extravagance to win you over, but rather excels because every aspect is solid and well-proportioned. For me, it's more than just 'a comfortable stay'; it's a true experience of being respected and cared for. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

It's located in the same building as the 'Eye of the Clouds' observation deck, so you're right at the heart of the scenic views as soon as you step out of the elevator. The panoramic views from the high floor are absolutely breathtaking; just open the curtains to an incredible city skyline, and the night view is especially soothing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water – every detail was perfect. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in super smooth. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation downstairs. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

Pavilions and terraces are scattered tastefully amidst lush trees, creating a picturesque scene of mountains and water. The private hot spring in the room truly exceeded my expectations; the water was refreshed daily, making it very clean and private. The location is absolutely fantastic – it's just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and about a 1km stroll to Shibaudi and Baixiangju, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's located in the heart of the central business district, within walking distance of the subway station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The lobby, with its red and black color scheme and artistic decor, is grand and picturesque. The guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings. You can often snag a large room for just over 400 RMB, and during peak season, they frequently have surprising packages, with consecutive stays even including dining vouchers and experience benefits. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. The double vanity design was super practical, and the bedding was so soft it made you want to just stay in bed. The facilities are comprehensive, with a heated swimming pool at a comfortable temperature and a well-equipped gym. The free parking also alleviated any travel concerns. The biggest surprise was the dining; the 99 RMB Chinese buffet offered dozens of dishes like spicy rabbit and crispy shrimp. The seafood was fresh, and the desserts were outstanding, completely exceeding expectations. The location is superb, with the subway entrance practically at your doorstep, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. The service is warm but not intrusive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
