Amazing! A hotel with private hot springs in Xianghu! So city~ Hangzhou | Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor, more than just leisure 📍Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor, Hangzhou I was attracted by the Chinese-style lobby, but the details of the hotel are also very charming. This time, I stayed in the villa area closest to the top of the mountain. Although it is the farthest from the main building, and not very convenient, you need to call a shuttle bus to get in and out (the drivers are handsome, so it's worth it!), the actual walking distance is only 10-15 minutes, and the scenery along the way is beautiful. I spent half a day walking slowly with my camera, taking pictures along the way. The main building lobby is not the only place to relax. However, the only downside of the room on the top of the mountain is that I was often woken up by the sound of planes passing by at night, probably because it is close to Xiaoshan Airport. Retreat to the Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor. This time in Hangzhou, I decided not to go to some popular spots and made a plan to stay near Xianghu for a couple of days. I chose the Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor, which is a bit far from the city center and also a bit distant from the nearest subway station, so it's best to come by car. The surrounding area is very quiet, the environment is impeccable, and the service attitude is also very good. It's pleasant to walk out to the Xianghu scenic area. The room comes with a small balcony with a lounge chair for sunbathing. The hotel is fully equipped with a swimming pool, children's playground, conference room, and you can even book a travel photography session. Breakfast is free for children under 1.2 meters, with both Chinese and Western options available, and they change it up every day. You can also rent mountain bikes at the main entrance, available for both adults and children, charged by the hour.

The room layout is extremely reasonable, one of the most sensible I've ever seen. The high-end suite has a completely private entrance, and the living room and bedroom are separated by doors, so there is no disturbance between sleeping children and entertaining adults. The specially designed prep area is very convenient, as washing fruits or baby bowls doesn't require using the bathroom sink. Since it's relatively new, the hotel caters better to families, with a large children's playground that is well-managed and clean. The activities are more adult-oriented, or suitable for older children, with mountain climbing, clay modeling, and imprinting, which are not suitable for us at the moment. However, the dining here is somewhat lacking compared to the reviews, which is a bit disappointing.
