The ingredients on the dinner table are said to be fresh seasonal vegetables harvested that morning...!! A wide variety of dishes are available, including rice grown under contract with local farmers, yamame trout raised in clear streams, and high-quality Bungo beef. I especially tried fried yamame trout for the first time, but I was surprised at how delicious the fluffy mites were...
