Matcha One at Taipei Qi Dong is house in a traditional Japanese house. Most of their desserts can be made a set with a drink that cost TWD220( guest would have to pay the difference for pricey drinks). Minimum spending of TWD380 spending per guest before ++. Menu is a tad pricey but tiramisu and chestnut monblac paired with a matcha Swiss roll was perfectly balanced.
